I love my butter dish, and love the accessories that come with this Spode design

Everything we use should be not only useful. But beautiful and this phone flu butter dish fills that 2 or T everyday. I enjoy looking at it as much as using it.

This covered butter dish is so beautiful! It has a raised ridge liner that holds the lid in place for a nonslip feature that was pleasant to find out, this feature was not in the description.

Why make most items like the sugar bowl the milk jug etc in Britain 🇬🇧 but this butter dish, that isn’t cheap, is made in China 🇨🇳? Very disappointed it’s made in China . However it’s a nice design but too narrow for a standard block of butter which would have to be cut to size. Due to popularity and all the Bank/holidays Spode were slower than usual to post my goods but normally they’re faster. They have good customer support.

Love the item but was smaller than I thought, or should I say I did not check the dimensions. The space inside is narrow so may need to cut the butter to size to fit in. It is beautiful and elegant though and the price was competitive compared to the actual official Spode website. Looking forward to buying more Spode items

Great product even though smaller than imagined. However, we now have more room in the fridge for other things!

Gorgeous little butter dish! It IS small,I needed to cut my butter in half, but really lovely. It has a traditional look about it and is nice and light. Looks fabulous on the side!

It’s beautiful! It’s Spode! I am slowly setting my table set with Spode which is on sale! I love it and it matches my Mom’s Spode too! She bought hers over 30 years ago! I’m very pleased with my purchases and the prices were excellent. They were delivered in a timely fashion in perfect condition.

The butter dish looks fancy. Product quality is good. The print quality is not as sharp. The size of the butter dish is slightly on the smaller size and one will struggle to fit a 250g supermarket grade butter slab under the 'bell' without trimming the block a bit. I cut my butter block in manageable portions before placing it on the butter dish.

Beautiful. Pretty much what I expected, and holds 1/4 pound stick of butter perfectly, but would be easier to use of there were a handle/knob on top. I'm afraid I'll drop and chip the top. I'll love it till I break it...
