This butter dish is beautiful and does what a butter dish should-the lid stays in place, it's easy to take off with the little handle, and the cubes fit well into the dish without contact, so not messy. Very pleased.

It's a butter dish, so it is used like you would suppose it would be used for. Although you could use it for a brick of cream cheese also.

Great butter dish

Commendable butter dish that I own and recently gifted my son/wife. I keep my butter in room temperature preserved on a Kool Aid ice pack. So far so good.

The best decision

I wanted a colorful butter dish for my place but was having trouble finding one. This butter dish is perfect, I got the orange color and I love it. Super functional and it looks great.

Love the wider size

I mostly buy the Irish Kerigold butter which comes in a wider size than the standard butter sticks. This dish is wide enough to accommodate it nicely. And with all their porcelain products, this is well designed and well crafted.

great color but defective

returned after seeing the ceramic top was uneven exposing air from the top piece and the bottom. the flame color is beautiful but the point of a butter dish is to keep the butter sealed while on the table.

Fun color and beautifully functional

It’s been harder to find a full size butter dish for awhile now, so when I saw this in this gorgeous color I had to grab it. It looks lovely, sturdy and the lid fits easily.

My brother always wants butter left out of refrigerator me not so much. I have looked at many other butter dishes and thought nothing of them.
