Nice reclining sofa and loveseat

We purchased the Mindanao Power Reclining Living Room Set and are not at all disappointed. The color is more of a cream and not a white. The delivery service did a great job setting them up as well!

Perfection!

Easiest transaction ever! Went in store late and looked at all the sofas and theater seating. Next morning I made a decision and ordered online. Got confirmation! Followed up with delivery service to confirm my delivery. Next day was delivered on time with no problems. Delivery people were kind and courteous. Set everything up, checked operation, asked if I was happy, let me know it was covered under a year warranty if any problems.

I was amazed at the quality of the leather sofa and chair my wife and I purchased from AFW.We saved well over a thousand dollars after shopping all the local furniture stores. The delivery guys were great .They set both pieces where we wanted ,Demonstrated how they worked and explained the warranty. From purchase to delivery AFW was awesome, not to mention the amount of money we saved .

Love our new couch!!!!

It fits perfectly where I wanted it to go. It's absolutely beautiful glad I went with this lighter color to offset the dark brown chairs I have. The headrest it just the greatest. I have issues with my neck and it puts my head in the perfect position to read or watch TV.

Disappointed by poor quality

The reclining couch we purchased broke with 24 hours. AFW was very nice about replacing it and we had a new one a couple of days later. The 2nd couch broke 2 days after we got it. We decided to return it for a refund and AFW refunded us the full amount, but unfortunately the delivery people banged up my walls when they took it away. Not just paint scrapes but actual chunks of wall missing. ☹️

3rd Time is a charm

Living room set is great, no complaints there. However delivery was the problem. 1st time sofa had to go back as it had a fist sized tear in it, OK, stuff happens. 2nd attempt - took a day off work to wait for the delivery. They get there and unload the "new" sofa. No, it is the same one with a patch job that can be seen from 10 feet away and a big greasy, dirty area around the patch. How does anyone think this is acceptable and send it out. Now have to take another day off of work to wait again. Thought they would have at minimum offered a refund of the delivery fee, but nothing.

Recliner Sofa

We've been using it about 5 months now. One of the seats is already sagged when it is in the closed position. I don't know if there is a weight limit but I'm 150 lbs. The seat depth is too short and must be in recline position to be comfortable. We luv its color and material. We looked for this color recliner for nearly a year. But I'd pay more to get better mechanical quality.

Excellent delivery and setup. Couch and love seat fit into our room perfectly. Only issue is the back panels are slightly off center and don’t provide a clean look.
