I purchased the same rug elsewhere and bought this 2nd to match. This rug is thicker and has more dimension than the 1st and is perfect for my Cape style room.

Durable

I've ordered 2 of these rugs and they hold up really well with kids and animals.

unevenness of the two main materials is drastic

I would say this rug is for an informal space. The height of the two main materials is quite drastic and adds a nice look, but is not so soft underfoot. I like a more uniform look and feel, but I got it more for looks. You can feel how uneven it is when walking on it. The rug did lay down quickly and it has some stretch to it. I put it in a guest bedroom that is not often used. It looks very nice, but if you're going to use it for high-use the unevenness may not be the best fit.

This Rug Looked Great At First

This jute rug was beautiful for the first year and then the pink completely faded away. This is apparently common with dyed jute but I didn't know it at the time. If you keep it away from sunlight the color may last longer but then again, we had it in a place with a normal amount of ambient light, not directly by a window.

This rug is beautiful and holds up well in the high traffic area I have it in. Love the subtle understated look. Would definitely purchase this rug again.

Comfortable jute rug

Sometimes jute rugs can be uncomfortable to walk on when barefoot. I have this one under my dining table (I chose the 6ft square rug, and it is perfect!). It is not harsh and the blue/natural color looks great in my coastal condo.

Funny Smell

Returned as had a funny smell.. With being in a small condo had no where to try to see if smell would come out if laid put.

This rug was the perfect style and color for my room but it was hard on your bare feet and the jute kept shredding .

This my second purchase if this rug. I loved it so much the first time, I bought a larger version for another area of the house. Beautiful texture, colors, and materials. Brings warmth into the space.

Not what I expected

The color states green but it has a LOT of teal in it. So I would say it's more teal than sage green which is what I wanted. I'll keep it but it's just ok.

Feminine coastal

Wanted both feminine and coastal for my daughter's room in our vacation place. This hit the spot. The jute/sisal material is substantial and this piece seems very high quality like a designer would choose. I also purchased this in the blue hue for another room. Very satisfied.

It’s cute and the size is good. Quality is definitely lacking for what it costs. There are at least 4 spots on it that aren’t secured, which will end up getting snagged and it will be garbage long before it actually should be.
