Good Unit, Be careful not to throw the key to the unit out however.

Great basic unit. One complaint is they could have put the flat key to unlock the soap compartment in a small plastic or paper envelope inside the small box the unit comes in. The key is floating around the box. No joke except I almost threw it out as it was hidden under a flap inside the box and found it before I shredded the box. I called Bobrick and suggested putting it in a small plastic/paper envelope as I’m sure this is happening to other buyers. I purchased 3 and 2 keys were hidden. Save 5 Cents or waste your customer’s time.

I have used a number of them in my office and they are just easy and seem to last. They have a useful life of about 6 years which is pretty good for this sort of thing. Easy to install and easy to fill.

We have been purchasing this unit for our libraries for years and after a while they started to rust. While the spout is non-corrosive to regular hand soap, the technical specifications require a PH neutral soap to prevent the tank from rusting. After researching all the Bobrick models, only 818615, the heavy-duty version has a tank that will not corrode.
