I have been looking for a bench that met all of my needs and this one has about 95% of it. The only thing really lacking is a place to keep my feet when doing decline press. I opted out of a bench with that feature because usually those rollers are cheap quality foam. I'd probably need a spotter for decline press. The rest however, it great. It's easy for my 100 lb wife to move it around my home gym and adjust it. Very easy to adjust the back and the seat. The bench itself is more than enough for my 5' 7". 165 frame. The cushion is not to squishy, which I prefer. Build quality to solid and it took my boys and I only about 30 minutes to put it together. Easier to do with your own wrench than what it comes with. Adjusts for shoulder press and various incline positions. I am very happy with this purchase and have been looking a long time for a good bench and I finally have one. I recommend it for sure.

Great Affordable Bench

This bench was purchased for the gym of a condominium association, it is well built and sturdy. It handles abuse well showing little to no damages. Good for a light commercial setting.

Banc de très grande qualité, hyper robuste et lourd. C'est l'équivalent des bons bancs de salle. Le montage est très rapide puisqu'il est livré aux 3/4 monté. Le reste se monte facilement en 10 minutes. Par contre, il faut être conscient que la position dite "à plat" est très légèrement (2° ou 3° ~) inclinée. C'est du pinaillage car on peut le considérer comme parallèle au sol. Cependant, si vous le voulez "à niveau", il faudra prévoir une planche de 3cm pour le caler. Côté résistance, il ne pose aucun problème, même pour ceux qui travaillent très lourd.

The bench is very solid, and accommodates my large frame easily. My only complaint is that there is no way to brace my feet/ankles when it is in the one decline position. Other than that, it is fantastic.
