This toilet replaced one that

This toilet replaced one that was only a few years old, but had a crack in the water supply housing, and made a mess all over the bathroom floor. I reluctantly replaced it with the same model for ease of installation, and I'm praying that we will not have the same problem. Otherwise we like the toilet

Throne of kings

Bought this to replace a 23 year old thetford, easy to install but had to buy a hose extension to connect water supply, not a big deal. Nice to have a taller and bigger bowl.

Thetford Aqua-Magic II toilet

I'm very pleased with my Thetford Aqua-Magic II toilet, it's a little taller than my original stock toilet which is good. I did have to cut my original PEX pipe back a few inches and add a quick connect elbow and flex line to make it work but I did and all is good. Plus it flushes much better than the original toilet and fills up with water better by gently pushing on the pedal a little bit until it fills.

Nice bowl

Nice and easy to install, direct replacement for existing bowl. My only complaints are the flush lever, and the underside of the toilet seat are wide open with a bunch of small pockets that will be impossible to keep clean that should be solid, or have a cover.

my new thrown

I needed to replacr my 23 year old RV potty %26 I found this one and it is absolutely wonderful %26 looks like a regular potty %26 has a ceramic bowl which will be so much easier to keep clean, fresh %26 stain free!! very, very happy %26 worth the price!!👍

My only complaint with the

My only complaint with the toilet is that the plastic parts of the flush pedal are too weak and broke on my original model during my efforts to repair a minor leak after 2 years of use. This is a replacement toilet.

Easy installation. Had to get

Easy installation. Had to get a longer water hose. I was surprised how light the new toilet was even with the porcelain. The water flow was better than the original toilet. Glad I changed to this one.

This is a good toilet

This is a good toilet - I used Simple Green, Dawn dishwashing soap, & Kaboom to clean toilet bowl & gasket. Then it wouldn't hold water! I guess the gasket doesn't want to be cleaned! Now I use a "caustic" cleaner (Valterra Pure Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner) that burns my nostrils, lungs & eyes - even thou the bottle claims to be "without harsh chemicals" & caution Eye irritant. I only use it in the bowl & the other cleaners (that don't irritate me) I use on the rest of the toilet. Still good toilet!

Paper sticks

The flush is ok but the TT GRTS STUCK ON THE FRONT WALL OF BOWL.Looks nice. Nice height, not overwhelming in size. Design should have steeper sides st paper and God know what else will stick.

The toilet itself was fine. However no gasket, seat or seat cover, or bolts or bolt covers were sent with the toilet. I complained and CW sent a replacement asap, but the delay was certainly inconvenient. Thanks CW for trying to make it right.

The first toilet arrived early

The first toilet arrived early but was damaged! Had to go on camp trip with no working toilet. So had to file a claim for replacement which a pain. Never got confirmation of claim so a longer wait. But then a toilet arrived safely. Easy install, about 20 minutes. Toilet is definitely porcelain base. Works fine! Thanks

Retired in Arizona

Replacement unit. The original was seven years old and had been rebuilt once. Storing a trailer in the hot AZ sun is tough in rubber seals. Easy replacement at home.

Fantastic replacement!

As a full timer for 10 yrs the original toilet had seen its day. I replaced with the same toilet due to quality of the original one. I am very pleased with the product!!

Customer Service terrible, received damaged item

Received a broken toilet and Camping World will not refund or exchange because we only opened the package when we had the time to install it. Obviously not usable and Camping World takes no responsibility for the damage that was done. Terrible customer service: took about 7 emails to even get a straight answer about anything. Lesson learned: don’t trust Camping World. I ordered a new toilet from Amazon since I’ve never had a problem with returns or refunds for damaged items through them and the toilet ended up being cheaper. Do yourself a favor and buy any item you want from Camping World from another vendor. Any other vendor. Unless they can resolve this issue, my review stands. Probably a good product, but won’t ever use Camping World again for anything. (And they deleted my last review for being harsh towards them so wouldn’t be surprised if this one is deleted, too!)

Arrived cracked

Our toilet arrived broken. Thetford claims that Camping World needs to do the exchange since it was damaged in shipping, Camping World claims that Thetford needs to do it. So unless things change and I can update this review to say it all worked out and Camping World exchanged it, it's getting one star. I like the way it looks and feels aside from the fact that it is cracked, though! But customer service so far in my experience is awful.

Ceramic bowl Toilet!

This is an excellent choice to replace a old toilet. it arrived in perfect condition, was well packaged and very easily installed. Instructions we're very clear. This toilet has a ceramic bowl and flushing options. Excellent value!!

Disappointed

Toilet arrived with a broken seat and other signs of rough treatment. Called and described the damages and was told that they only could give me credit for the seat (about 20 bucks). I bought a new seat and installed the unit in my RV and find the it will only retain some water after a flush sporadically. Very disappointing

This item is the same toilet that may have come installed in your RV from the factory. It ships to you fully assembled, in the factory packaging. Installation is about a 10 minute job (not counting the gathering of tools) requiring minimal hand tools. Basically, just one box end, socket, or adjustable wrench to remove the two bolts holding down the old unit and to fasten the new one. A pair of pliers is handy to remove the plastic bolt covers on the old unit but you may be able to do it by hand. New covers are included with the new unit. Also included is a new bottom foam sealing ring which is merely slipped onto the bottom of the toilet before setting it in place. When tightening the bolts, alternately tighten them just a little until the unit is snug against the floor. Connect the water line in the back by hand and you're done. Getting rid of the old one may be your biggest problem.
