Water pressure issue

Great look, I appreciate the design. I would like to rate it 5, but the water pressure is weak. This may be a problem for those who like the massage effect. We also bought another handle for the hand shower to adjust the angle.

READ & SEE PHOTO - Like many of you, I was looking for a shower panel that was expected to have great pressure in their body jets and shower head. VIGO is a name brand with a good warranty, so the boxes were checked. Reviews below mentioned the low flow, and they were RIGHT! I almost settled and told the contractor to just hang it and be done with it, but I also knew I would be so unhappy the limp pressure. Thankfully, a previous reviewer called VIGO customer service and posted step-by-step directions on how to increase the flow. I told the contractor I would loosen the nut and expose the yellow flow restricter myself (see photo), since he didn't want to damage the panel and the warranty. With a wrench, it was easy to loosen and poke/yank out the rubber/silicone flow restrictor. What a change in the water pressure! I may upgrade this review to 5 stars after a few months of use, but you can thank water restrictive laws (I see you California) for forcing VIGO to put this in. No mention in instruction book, so don't bother. Thank you to the previous poster!
