Perfect size for weekly waste for recycling

This compact bin is perfect for recycling and with the handle is easy and light in weight for carrying out to the recycle bin.

wonderful except that the handle comes off too easity

It sits on my kitchen counter, and I use it as a compost bin. I really like everything about it - size, color, lid, etc. except that the handle comes off too easily. I bought two, and was very happy - until one of the handles came off while at the compost barrels, and cannot be found. I'd love to be able to purchase another handle! Without the handle, it is a pain to try to carry it.

Big fan of these

The aesthetics are great of course. Really enjoy having the handle. My only gripe is I wish there was a locking mechanism for the lid, as I do find it can fall off when transporting to apartment-wide recycling.

Perfect little stylish & discreet receptacle.Cute!

So far I've bought 2 of the small gray ones with the compostable bags. They are very stylish and a discreet way to hide the trash. I use one in my vehicle for my recyclable cans and trash which I then sort and dispose of at home, reusing the bag many times. It keeps the interior of the car very neat. I use the other outside on the patio for peanut shells, emptying ash trays, all sorts of small trash.

Great alternative

I don't create much waste, and these size works great.

This set of two bins are just the right size for the space I have in my kitchen. A free sample of bags that fit perfectly also came inside the bins. The option to fit the bracket on the wall to hold the bins off the floor is also a good idea! Altogether very pleased with them.

Perfect!

I bought this to fit in the cupboard under the kitchen sink. It's just the right size to allow the lid to lift in situ. Also, it is very sturdy - the expected standard from Brabantia. Easy to empty as the top comes off and the bags fit snugly in the bin with the lid holding them in. Brilliant design.

This bin is fantastic. Sits near my front door so I can put recycables in to take out to the Council recycable bin. Looks way more stylish than the cardboard box that it's replaced, lol. Very happy with purchase. Great price on Catch.

Attractive waste/recycling bin

I love my new Brabantia kitchen bin. The mint colour is a gorgeous soft turquoise. I havent attached it to a wall or door yet because I may rearrange my kitchen and buy another bin! The bags fit very well. Altogether delighted!

I have it on the counter top of my kitchen, and it's so practical when cooking, disposing and it looks beautiful. For my surprise, it has plastic bags that are compostable!!!

Excellent Recycling Bin

Great recycling bin purchased in light blue. It looks good in my kitchen. Comes with a wall mounting fixing kit, free sample bin liners and a ten year guarantee. I haven't fixed it to the wall as the slim design is easy to place anywhere.

One of my favorite purchases

I bought the 1.6 gallon in Mint Blue to use as a countertop compost bin. If it was 2 inches taller it would be perfect for me (because of something I regularly compost that's taller), but it's so darn close to perfect other than that I still give it an enthusiastic 5 stars!

Versatile recyling

I didn't want a fixed rubbish/recycling option in our newly refitted kitchen and the range of Brabantia Sort & Go bins gives me the flexibility to use the bins to suit how I use the kitchen. Nice quality and a good range of sizes. I use one 16L bin for general rubbish, another 16L one for recycled cans etc and a 6L one for recycled food waste. Overall they are probably best suited for a small household or a larger one where the bins are emptied to a wheelie bin/recycling box most days.

Great Idea, well built, looks terrific

We can't recycle colored glass at our summer home but we have friends who live elsewhere who can. We collect that glass to give to them when we see each other which could be 2 or 3 weeks. During that time, we go through a lot of bottles and jars! The concept of this container was perfect to sit on the patio without looking like a recycling bin. However, it's way too small to handle the amount of glass we accumulate. I'll probably buy another one to accommodate the overflow. I would have rated it a well deserved 5 if it had been larger. Everything else about it top notch!

Sort & Go Waste Bin 16 litre - Grey

Easy to mount. Looks good. Very practical. However, longer screws should be provided with the mounting bracket as well as wall plugs, since not everyone will mount this on wood. Ours were installed on a plastered brick wall.

Just The Job

I bought these to avoid constant trips to the outdoor bins with recycling items. Now I just pop stuff in these bins, one for paper one for glass and plastic, and go outside every 2 to 4 days. They are just the right size for my needs and have made a big improvement to running the household. They may seem a bit expensive but are very nicely made and satisfying to own.

I purchased this after looking online for best price. I've used John Lewis a lot previously so knew service would be good.

Worth buying

These were a little smaller than I expected but that didn't matter too much. I wanted them to go on the inside of my pantry door rather than a cupboard door, so because of that the fittings wouldn't work. My husband simply made a metal Hammer for them instead. They are great bins but I think they are probably a little pricey for what they are.

Functional, sturdy as well as modern looking

Reasonably easy to fit - my husband is not a DIYer and he managed to follow the instructions. The boxes fit in the cupboard with enough space to store some bottles at the back. Sturdily made and the handles are useful to take the recycle bin outside. Really like the colours as they fit in well with my new white kitchen. Have recommended to my son who is having a new kitchen fitted too.
