Since the Wayfair feedback pop up does not work I will leave an account of my negative experience with Wayfair as a review. We spent thousands of dollars on a bathroom remodel and major overhaul construction, but Wayfair will make us keep a damaged medicine mirror over the vanity we purchased from them. Even though we had construction delays and that the item needed to be exchange is in the original packaging, the manager basically said too bad. So now we have a sparkling new bathroom and a damaged mirror that we have to use. Given that they sell rough in material for construction I would think Wayfair would understand the construction process in not always smooth and as timely as planned. Wayfair's item was damaged and I asked for an exchange. I really don't see that this is any significant problem since they sell opened items on the website. We will NEVER use Wayfair again. Build.com is totally more accommodating when the same thing happen for another reno project that we did. And the manager I spoke with was absolutely not interested in accommodating a customer who just spent thousands of dollars with his store. Don't insult me with a 10% off promo email.

Nice faucet - and it is a Moen so quality is there. BUT. This is just the trim kit and does not include the valve and other parts you will need for a complete installation. And beware. The return process is complicated - and if you want to return with a QR code it takes Wayfair an entire business day to email you the code?

Easy upgrade

Purchased this to replace an old Moen set and after installing an adaptor for the valves this went right on. The whole process was easy and improved the look to a more current style.

Extremely elegant finish, we ended up matching all of our fixtures to this because of how beautiful it looked. The faucet itself is modular so if you buy the moen accessory that is recommended you can swap out the faucet later without a plumber.

I ordered these two faucets to go with a double vanity also purchased on Wayfair (and mirrors and lighting). The vanity took more than 6 wks and the deliver guys “couldn’t fit through the door” so sent it back. That means I had to purchase a new mirror and faucets to match a new vanity. Oh but guess what It was beyond the return policy timeframe.

I replaced a chrome Brantford faucet with this bronze finish. Overall, it was simple to do, just replace the old fixtures with the new ones. The kit was complete and contained all necessary parts, and the instructions were good. The most difficult part was replacing the drain and drain plug, and that was not too difficult, just required crawling under the sink. A plumber quoted me $200 to do the same job. It took me about two hours to completed the work, but someone more skilled could do it in much less.

We have a 20-year-old house with a 20 year old antiquated plumbing in bright chrome and I’m just not in that so I wanted to replace them with oil rubbed bronze so I decided on this one. It was actually a return and there’s nothing wrong with it so I was so excited about saving $100. We had to buy the kit that they sell to update it to fit these though- it was u Dee $20 so no big deal. Unfortunately the kit does not allow the handles to raise up taller but it looks OK. We are happy with the purchase.

This set is really lovely. It comes with really fancy packaging which makes you feel like you’ve really bought something good.

Very nice facet. Great quality. As many reviews indicate, this is not a complete set. Unless you are replacing this item, you will need the rough valve. I am including the SKU number for the rough valve that you will need in my review (SKU: MOE1334) because it was VERY helpful for me when someone else did. The only reason this did not get a 5 is due to the inconvenience of not knowing this was not a complete set and having to figure it out.

Exactly what we wanted. Replace an older chrome/polished brass Monticello. Took some research and a call to support to find the right adapter kit (106378) which I then had to cut down by two sections to fit the new handles. Ultimately 10 minutes to switch it all out for an updated modern look.

I like the look of the faucet, and have always trusted the Moen brand. However this faucet and components fall short of what I expected. This is one their lesser expensive fixtures and it is obvious why. It is primarily plastic with a thin layer of metal. Had to purchase additional drain assy.

Very nice vanity overall. The cabinet is solid and the soft close doors and drawers are great. The vanity top is also solid and very nice looking.

This along with my other aMoen Brantford Oil-Rubbed Broze Faucet will tarnish badly over time with hard water. Cleaning chemicals needed to remove scale will damage a clear coat protectant. After that you will be replacing this faucet. No funcitonal issues otherwise, but I would avoid this finish from this maker.

Installed this on a new jacuzzi tub. I had to drill the holes for the valve so I was able to position to my liking. The faucet fills my 65 gallon jacuzzi tub fast. Im able to take a bath without the water getting cold and relax for awhile. Faucet looks great was pretty straight forward to install. No complaints yet.

this faucet is beautiful. its more of a deep brown instead of black like most oil-rubbed faucets are- which was better. BUT it didn't come with valves, supply lines, pop up assembly, etc., you have to purchase that seperately, so I was a tad bit dissapointed. That was part of the reason for return, but mainly because it didn't go with my sink and decor ideas, but the faucets are definitely lovely. just didn't work out.

Same review as many others. This is a "cosmetic" kit or a "trim" kit as my plumber referred to it. It doesn't come with some of the essential tools to hook it up to the sink and therefore, I had to replace it with another full-kit. Very disappointing as it doesn't mention this anywhere as far as I can see.

I was looking for something in the bronze color and decided on this faucet. It looks like the picture, however it has a very small presentation. It certainly didn't have the look of the chrome one I removed. This did not come with the valve, so I ordered it separately as I thought the valve I had would have worked, but did not. I feel the faucet look is very small to have paid all together approx. $260.
