Deceptive return policy from a 3rd party seller

Beware of what you buy from Walmart especially if a marketplace items not sold by Walmart. I bought this 8-Inch Stainless-Steel Non-Stick Electric Tortilla Maker against my better judgement apparently it was non-refundable and now the seller refused to issue a refund and walmart will not issue a refund. If you happen to click on the see details as why not refundable it says it is refundable until January 2025.

Won’t last long

Got it at the end of May,2024. Stopped working at the end of September,2024. Plates won’t heat up. It was working as described when it was working but didn’t last long.

Its good for making missi roti but simple roti is bit chewy not soft.

Was not the product for the function I was looking for. I needed a product that would roll out the dough ball into a flat bread, similar to a pita, chapati or tortilla.

Not long lasting

Heat setting knob started giving troubles in just a few months. Have only used it a couple of times. When working well, its a dream but without proper heat control, its frustrating.
