Paint chipping

I love the look and functionality, but the paint is already chipping after two years. You can't just fill it in with a restore pen because the coloring is unique. If I had a do-over, I'd choose a standard color

the Bristol 36” came exactly as described. The hardwood vanity is well made and the color was true to the sample. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. High quality. It’s a beautiful addition to our bathroom.

Beautiful vanity but no sink

Beautiful but we are unable to locate the sink. I hope I hear back from the company. I looked for a toll free customer service number but haven’t located one.

No sink in box or customer service # to call

It is a beautiful vanity, but when we went to install we realized the sink was no where to be found. I also discovered there is absolutely no customer service # to call! They do provide an email. Guess they dont want to be bothered talking to someone. Dont worry, im returning. Too bad. It probably would have been beautiful! Come on Home Depot. You’re my favorite store! Check the reviews on this company, James Martin. Not very good at all

Fabulous

I replaced my builder's grade vanity with the Bristol model. My contractor was impressed with the design and quality--and he wondered where I found such a thing (actually, he wondered where I found many things I incorporated into my bathroom re-do). I'm very happy with the drawers and shelving in this small vanity. Lots of extra organized storage space....which is important in a small bath. I will shop James Martin products when it comes time to re-do the Master bathroom!!!

I dislike writing reviews. As a matter of fact, I could count on one hand the number of reviews I have written and I have purchased plenty of online products. Overall, the vanity is very pretty and the soft close drawers are nice. The problem is with the BACKSPLASH that matches the vanity cabinet. It is NOT waterproof and despite the fact that it looks very nice with the white vanity top, it is so impractical. For the money that I paid for all the James Martin products, I would have expected solid wood and a much higher quality. The backsplash (and vanity) has been installed for about one year and it has flaked off so badly that we had to remove it. Sadly, it was installed with liquid nails so you can imagine the mess it made trying to remove it. Attached is a pic of the removed backsplash with the obvious flaking. Overall, it is a pretty vanity and top: I would simply NOT install that particular backsplash.

Great Vanity!

We really love our new vanity! The color is amazing and breaks up a typically boring bathroom with the calming wood color. Having the 3 drawers is also a big plus plus there is still plenty of storage on the right side. Quality is very good but know that you need to shift your plumbing a bit so it does not interfere with the operation of the drawers. Our plumber had no problems accommodating this uniqueness. The style works well in our home, as the cabinet is Transitional. We added our own quartz top and faucet to customize it to our liking!

Love this vanity. It looks a bit darker in person but it is very nice. I loved that I had the option to choose the counter top I wanted. This was a great purchase. I would recommend this. Love the look of it.

Best Vanity supplier I have seen

The quality of this solid wood vanity are excellent. The soft close hinges and detailed instructions allowed us to easier modify the back of the cabinet to accommodate the non-standard plumbing coming from the wall. The detail in the back splash and veins in the marble make this the James Martin Vanity brnad worth the price

love it. getting my own custom granite top as i did not like the colors and materials offered. but i was happy with the option to order without top in order to accommodate our desires. packaging is superb. smart. avoids shipping damages and losses

This vanity looks beautiful and very well made. The color is modern yet classic and I love the opportunity to choose the various materials for the counter top. We haven't installed yet so I can't speak to the installation ease, but hoping that goes well!

Absolutely beautiful, high quality vanity. I ordered 2 for our bathroom remodel. I can’t wait to see them installed very soon. Even our contractor commented at how pretty they are. I will update with pictures as soon as they are installed.

Beautiful strong well made vanity...as with my sink I am waiting for my bathroom to be finished!
