Don’t buy this. The handles are additional $152. Install kit additional $235. For $800 uou could get all that in ONE PURCHASE. Livid I bought this.

Hand Shower cost a it a Star

Purchased nearly 1 year ago thru my designer, finally installed 2 weeks ago after 5 month master bath remodel. My first bath in my new tub yesterday ended with a VERY DISAPPOINTING rinse off with handheld shower. The stream is so weak it is like a strong a dribble! If I could figure out how to remove the flow restricter I would! It is the only disappointment from entire Cassidy array my designer purchased: shower stall system, sink fixtures and deck mounted tub fixtures.

European inspired look

We are using this tub faucet on a freestanding bathtub in a new construction home. It perfectly complements the old European cottage inspired look that we are trying to achieve. And I think the polished nickel finish provides just the right touch of glam to our look. Just what I was looking for!

Faucet takes up half the tub

The faucet sticks way too far out and I keep hitting it. It’s sitting nearly half way into the tub which really isn’t ideal. It also makes it super hard to get out. I have a 67” freestanding tub so it’s pretty large too. Bummer.

Beware of the Hand Shower Hose

Purchased this product in Polished Nickel. Delta's included hose regardless of fixture finish is polished chrome. I inquired of Delta and they confirmed this to be correct. The hose is concealed except when in use but I expected product consistency.

The faucet is pretty, however I had to purchase an additional 273.62 in hardware to install and I still have not purchased handles. Be advised this adds up to be an over 600.00 faucet immediately upon opening the box.

I've never purchased a faucet without handles before! quite a surprise when I opened the box..I thought parts were missing. When I inquired I discovered the handles are sold separately....some tricky marketing by Delta. The spout is lovely.
