PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE BRIO BRAND
Every review i have ready says the same thing. I purchased my fist one and only lasted 8 months. called customer service and 3 days of jumping thru hoops and do this and that , customer service replaced the item. 2nd one lasted 8 months and jumping again and do this and that they said they will not replace the water dispenser because the warranty is only good for one year FROM THE FIRST UNIT.... how does that make sense?? new item new one year warranty.. UV flashes an beeps and no water.. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS BRIO YOU HARD EARNED MONEY.

There should be a warning that this needs to be close to a drain so customers who are not familiar with the system will know if they are not supposed to buy this.
Expensive paperweight
Very expensive, filters needed replaced after 6 months for an additional $100, and it stopped working after 10 months. The company that has the warranty refuses to send a box that we need to return it in. They agree that the fix is to send us a new machine, but claim that we need to buy the machine and then hope that they refund it after they get the broken one back. Nothing but frustration. Don't waste your money or time on this one.
The cooler is great....... but.......
I purchased this cooler awhile ago, and loved nearly everything about it. It's a little lower than I like, but I am used to it now.
