Good Purchase

Very happy with the quality of this vanity. I was not impressed with the in store options so took a risk ordering this one and am thrilled with it. The saddle brown color is beautiful.

Delivery issue.

The cabinet is great, looks good, and is as described. One issue is the delivery, we live in a rural area and the driveway is NOT paved. Your delivery was with a full-sized semi and trailer with the vanity loaded in the back. The driver was unable to pull up to the house and had to drop off at the street about 100' ft away. I don't understand your delivery method for obviously two/three man lift items. The item had to be transferred to a smaller truck, brought in and off loaded. Your delivery team made no effort to call ahead and verify how this item was going to offloaded. The items size did not warrant such a large trunk, and definitely required a minimum of 2 people. To say you don't deliver into a garage or other suitable place and offer only 'curbside' delivery is really unusual for such an item. If cost is an issue, call ahead and arrainge something at least so the customer can arrainge help upon delivery...

It had a small hit on the inside of the box,and a small scratch. People whom delivered didn't even let us open the vanity in front of them dropped off and left very unprofessional.

Love the Brittany vanity for my husband’s office bath. It is very well made and looks like a high end furniture piece.

Incredibly heavy. My only complaint is with the company that delivered the pallet and dumped it at our door without warning or informing us tgey were at our house. I was home and found them on my driveway, post delivery. Tracking that morning said they'd arrive in 3 days, but surprise, hours later. Packaged very, very well. Absolutely beautiful. Great quality. Perhaps a bit more espresso color than expected, still gorgeous!

to have so much space and such a lovely, bright vanity. I got a marble sealer so that I know it will last the test of time. The soft close doors are a great feature. The backsplash didn't come attached, so I will need to investigate how to install this. My last vanity had the plug for my hairdryer inside it, I then had to get electrical work done as this one does not. The soft close doors are a great feature. One sink with a ton of space for getting ready in the morning and countertop space for putting a change of clothes after getting out of the shower. I wish James Martin made kitchen cabinets I would get them to make me a whole kitchen of this craftmanship.

Cant wait to install these in our master bath makeover. Getting two that were large statement making and matched ( the variations in the grey countertop) was key to us and the quality of these is excellent! Will update with pics when complete.

James Martin vanity

Hinges installed wrong causing bottom drawers to be locked in. Took quite a bit effort to get them out and fix. Udderly ridiculous to have this occur at the manufacturer.

Good vanity

A very good product. Very precise construction and exactly what the specifications drawings say. The drawers are decent but not as hardy/well constructed as they could be. I’m very happy with this vanity and I recommend it for the price.
