Arrived Broken 3 Times!

Ordered this to pick up in store and it was badly chipped TWICE! This is very large and very heavy cast iron covered in porcelain and it is packaged in a cardboard box with a cardboard insert. No styrofoam insert, no bubble wrap, no padding AT ALL. No wonder it was broken. Kohler needs to package this better. Then tried ordering it from Build.com and it arrived broken AGAIN. Giving it one more shot before I cancel and find another option. Beautiful sink but no good if you can't get it not broken

LOVE this sink! Using it for my kitchen sink in my new build and definitely gives it that old country charm; shipping was fast and sink came in impeccable condition.

Classic Commercial quality sink

These are common sink in childcare facilities. They last for many years in a heavy-use environment. Zoro has a great price on them.

Kohler Sink

Really excited with the sink as it is coming together. However, I wish it was made clear that the black part is unfinished and rough in texture and uneven and prone to rusting. Long story short, I refinished it by clean it really well, sand it down, many times and sealed it, primed it and painted it multiple times. It will look amazing once it’s done, I just wish I would have known it was super industrial and unfinished.

This is a beautiful sink. The fit and finish is what you would expect from Kohler and the installation was a snap. I searched around and found the Houzz price to be up to $300 less than the competitors. Excellent purchase and a great shopping experience through Houzz!!
