VERY PLEASED
very happy with our purchase. Was a little complicated to put together, pre-assembled might be a good idea.
I do NOT recommend the product and the vendor!
I bought it four months ago, and it's already rusting. Neither RONA nor the manufacturer is willing to issue a refund. On top of that, the barbecue has already been repaired twice.
Disappointing upgrade
I recently purchased a new version of the Signet 320 that I had for 10 years, expecting the same quality and performance. Unfortunately, the new version is quite disappointing. It heats up noticeably slower and doesn’t have the same build quality or reliability as the original.
Excellent quality grill
I ordered one and it was in pieces. So I ordered another one and it was also was in pieces. Not happy and not ordering another one…
The box had unbelievably flimsy packaging. It was dropped during transit and part of the body of the grill was damaged. All it would have taken was a few plastic straps longways and short ways. So I returned it.
The product was damaged during shipping. I have photos of a large dent in the handle and several scratches on the cover
Made to Last (mostly)
I have owned two of these grills over the past 30 years. 15 year life expectancy if you replace the cast iron grates after about 5 years and burner tubes as required.
Came damaged three times. The third time was only major cosmetic damage so i kept it.
Surface rust on cabinet doors in only 3 months.
Very poor product
This bbq has been the worst I have ever owned.
I love my bbq. I can cook several things at once
Have the fire department on speed dial
Worst Barbeque i have ever owned. uncontrollable fires in it from the first time i Barbequed with it. The flavor wave thing (or whatever you call it ) I believe is the problem the grease sits on there and starts on fire, any other barbeque company that just has a "tent" or v shaped piece over the burner doesn't have this problem
Big disappointment
Missing and wrong parts discovered after unboxing and assembly started. Took the entire unboxed mess back to Lowe's for refund which they graciously and efficiently processed. Was supposed to be my father's day present. Not a happy fellow.
Toxic paint fumes
Bought the signet yesterday and had it burning for 6 hours off an on as guided by the manufacturer to get rid of the burning paint smell. It never went away and they went as far to tell me to cook food on it to get the smell to go away… At that point I was lost for words as anyone in their right mind wouldn’t eat off that toxic fume but thankfully Rona took it back asap but this company and customer service for broil king shouldn’t be in business what so ever. Would be nice to have cooked some food on it and feed to their families to eat :p I wish 0 stars was an option here!
I bought this barbecue 2 years ago. grills are already broken. I had a barbecue for 8 years before this one and never see something like that. I am not recommended!
love the Signet 320 3-Burner.
be as honest as i can love the grill. was really my first grill out on my own so no real experience with other grills is cheaper or similar quality. but i have owned this grill for about 7 years. other then replacing the grate probably year 3 or 4 last year was the first time i replaced anything else on it. but that being said i replaced everything in the inside of the grill its self. burners, flavor bars, grates again. and replaced the grease tray and holder. im sure a few of those items couple have used being replaced couple years prior. including the grate to replace all that was cost about 200$, 75$ ish of it being from the grate its self. while i loved the cast iron grates they are just to much work to keep from rusting on a grill. so do your best to keep them cleaned and oiled but know after couple years max they are probably going to need replaced. so when/ if that time comes do your self a favor and get their stainless steel set they have for this grill now. aslo please not i really never cleaned this grill other then turning it on high and leaving it to burn most everything off thats what i was told to do by the emply when i bought it so thats what i did. now i try to take better care and actually clean my grills now that i upgraded to the baron 590 ir.. so all in all i love the grill. hope it helps
Great Grill
I bought this grill from lowes 8 years ago and it is still going strong!!!! I store it in my garage when not in use and i think that might be why some people are having rust problems just my 2cents.
This is a great grill! This is the second time I bought this grill! The first one lasted 4 years. It has a cast aluminum bake oven, a large upper grate rack that is coated. My only dislike is the price, as the price has doubled in 4 years! But it is a high quality built grill , built in the same plant that webers are made.?
320 #2
This is the second Signet 320 that I have owned, and it is just as good as I remembered. Great temperature control for even cooking. Retains heat very well.
