Terrible. Do not order this product. Product was damaged when arrived. Metal parts were dented and bent. Plastic parts were brokn. By the time you unpack everything to find this out, it is not possible to rebox and return. Im stuck with a busted up bbq.

The 1 star rating is for Home Depot, I have ordered 3 so far and am waiting on the arrival on #3. In each case the boxes were obviously opened , closed and handled like a soccer ball. They both damaged beyond use. Didn’t even bother checking to see if all the parts were ther. Since HD’s policy is to replace entire unit rather than replace missing or damaged parts. Very expensive policy I’ll just keep sending back until I get a good one or empty the warehouse

Excellent BBQ

A very nice BBQ.....just a perfect size for our needs. We had a Napolean BBQ for over 15 years which was wonderful, and how well it ages is key. Our early experience with this grill has been excellent. Heats up quickly and evenly. Controls seem very accurate which is not the case with most grills. Easy to clean after use. So far, very pleased. An important bonus for us.....made in Canada!

Delivery was great. Was placed in the back yard so there was no worry about porch pirates. It assembled easily but for some reason the grates were not in the box but customer service had them shipped in less than a week. So far the grill works fine and appears sturdy.

I previously owned a Weber BBQ, and thought I was using the best of the best, until I replaced it with my Signet 390 Natural Gas grill. I am so impressed with the quality and high heat it produces. My "Smash Burgers" have never tasted better!

Thus is my second Broil King BBQ. My first Broil King bbq lasted over 15 years. Only thing I had to replace were the burners once. Great quality and great customer service. Nice to support a company that still produces their products in Canada/USA. Broil King bbq’s do not disappoint.

Beautiful BBQ. went together easy, works flawless. Was the most inexpensive BBQ with a rotisserie burner that I could find.

Budget at least 1.5-2 hours for build

Made of high quality materials and am super happy with how the product functions and performs. Building the product was kind of cumbersome as the instructions are not super clear.

J'ai acheté ce produit il y a 12 ans et il m'a très bien servi durant toutes ces années. J'ai eu besoin de changer les grills 2 fois, les brûleurs quelques fois (1 par année dans les dernières années), à part ça il m'a rendu de très bons services. Il est même tombé du patio 1 fois et seulement une porte de brisée. Très fiable et solide. J'en ai fait don au club de football de l'école pour qu'il puisse continuer à faire des hot-dogs et burgers dans les tailgates. Je me suis acheté un regal 590 pro et j'espère obtenir la même satisfaction.
