I just got this installed today, and it looks exactly as I expected! Very high quality and expensive looking. I can’t speak to the install process personally because I hired someone from Thumbtack to do it - it was one guy that installed solo and took him ~3 hours to do it. Docking 1 star because the delivery process was absolutely awful and couldn’t believe how half hazardous something so delicate and breakable was delivered. I live in a condo, and it was left downstairs outdoors in a puddle of water, so the box was completely damaged and tough to get inside without the fear of losing pieces and broken glass. Luckily I managed, but it was very stressful and inconvenient. Wayfair should make sure delivery process of fragile pieces like this be better.
Beautiful Modern Look but concerns
I recently purchased this door for a renovated master bath. The look is sleek and modern but after installation with 2 adjustments by my contractor, it is still sagging at the door joints. Is there a way to adjust this sag for a permanent solution? Also, there is a handle only on the outside with a small knob on the inside, meaning endless fingerprints on the glass when exiting the shower. At this price, more thought should’ve been put into putting another handle inside as well as outside
3 Stars
We have this door installed on our tub/shower combo, have had it for a couple of years now. It was easy to install which was nice for us as DIY-ers as custom builds/installations I'm these things get pricey. Our walls are not straight, so the black track against the wall was key. What I don't like is that the door sinks after the hinges so you have to adjust it every once in a while. And the piece beneath the moving door is part plastic and part something more flexible, so the plastic cracked pretty early on. It still keeps most of the water from leaking out of the shower, but I would expect a higher quality design for such an important piece of system.
Wayfair, A little disappointed that the glass doors for my shower cost just a little less than the walls I purchased from you and the walls ( not glass or fragile) were delivered by a private carrier in perfect condition and the glass door ( yes I said glass) was left leaning on my stairs and nobody rang the doorbell for my husband who was home and the box was very beaten up
The door is beautiful AND it fell apart in a matter of months. The door is too heavy fir the hinges. The whe thing is unstable and cannot be properly cleaned. In short, new shoeer door from a separate dealer is being installed.
We renovated our main bath in Q4 of 2020. We were careful to select products that we deemed best quality to fit our design. This door looked like it would be beautiful and excellent quality but you never know until some time can pass. Since time has passed, 2 plus years, this door has met all our expectations. It cleans up well and looks as good as the day I installed it. We weren't concerned about the opening because we went with a rain head which is used most of the time. There are other heads that spray from the wall and a hand held. Also, I designed the shower floor to be curbless and even with all that no water makes it outside of the shower area. I point that out if one is concerned that it is not a fully enclosed door. This is my only experience with a Dreamline door but I surely recommend this product.
really nice
We really like it. The hinge holes in the glass are larger than the hinges themselves, which means that the door can sag a little if the hinges aren't installed perfectly. We put ours over tile and as expected the door leaks at the tile joint. We solved this by building a little tile dam and using a different brand bottom seal that has a water deflector on it.
Excellent solution to keep water in the shower
This proved to be an excellent solution for our son's bathroom. Water was consistently getting outside the shower with a shower curtain and ruining the baseboard. We installed this glass panel (easy to install) and haven't had any problems since. It's easy to get in and out of the shower and keep clean. We actually installed it on a tub, and it works just fine.
Great product with exceptional customer Service
My 5 Star rating is for the product and the Dreamline customer service. When I picked the product up from Lowe’s I noticed the box was somewhat beat up and on retrospect, I think it was repackaged. Nothing was missing and everything seemed to be fine on my initial inspection but during installation, I noticed a very small scratch and a few dark spots on the stationary glass. I emailed Dreamline support and they sent a replacement part to me. I have the door installed and I am delighted with the look and performance.

Like a few other reviewers, we shattered the door trying to install it. No problem, they sent us another one, under warranty. We dropped a tiny screw down the drain while installing the hinges. No problem, they sent us a whole new hinge which, by the way, appears to have been machined out of a solid billet of stainless steel and then polished to a lovely shine. It also weighs about three pounds. The magic coating they put on the glass to reduce buildup of minerals and haze on the glass is no match for the rock-hard water we have here in AZ, but nothing is. The installation instructions were clear and well thought out and installation of the stationary panel went very smoothly. The one area the instructions were lacking is the installation of the door. It may seem like a simple thing to hang a door on previously installed hinges but when it weighs 50 lbs. and is thin, difficult to hold onto, and can shatter without warning, it's not simple. And despite being "safety glass", my wife sustained a few scratches and tiny cuts to her wrists when it shattered on us while we were trying to align the door with the stationary panel. We probably torqued it too much in maneuvering. Two tips: a firm piece of foam rubber to rest the door on helps, and tighten the screws on the hinges on the stationary side more than you think need to. The holes the hinges pass through in the glass panels are bigger than the parts that pass through them, so there is room to adjust, but also room to sag. It took us four tries, because I was afraid of over-tightening the hinges and shattering the glass again. But we got it, and it's been a treat for me to be able to walk into a shower without ducking under a bar of some kind.
Worked for my custom shower!
This shower door is beautiful and looks great in my custom shower. We converted our tiny laundry room into a small full bathroom and decided to put the shower along the back wall. Unbeknownst to us, the back wall was 6' and most standard shower are only 5'. Whoops! Long story short, it was going to cost us over $ to buy a glass shower door that went from wall to wall, so we opted for this door as it is not meant to reach the other side. It went up like a dream (although we had to drill a new hole for one of the brackets on the metal mount since it's original placement aligned at the tip of my slate tile and would have cracked the tile during drilling installation). My only complaint is that the door wants to swing inwards about an inch and a half, which I've seen others complain about, but my contractor said he could add a stopper to my base tiles to prevent this. Not sure what that will look like, but I'm eager to see if it prevents the door from pushing into the shower since other reviews have stated their glass cracked or broke due to this flaw. We shall see, but so far I'm a happy camper. Please excuse the small photos and the mess in my unfinished remodel.
How can something barely visible make such a statement? Love it!
We renovated our bathroom this year, and this shower door is one of the first things we chose. It's so sleek and beautiful. We did something different, though. We installed the towel bar/handle on the inside where a wet washcloth could drip in the shower instead of on the floor. There is a knob on the outside of the door to open it. It makes more sense to me this way.

Love this shower door! Perfect for my bathroom remodel, I replaced a bulky glass box with a very open tub/shower concept. I chose this door because it was a bit wider than the splash guard but I didn't want to close off the space with a framed glass door. I had my contractor/handy man install it but it didn't seem very difficult ( I think they took more time on the shower head ). I love my new bathroom but this is my favorite part, hands down.

Seen tons of reviews the hinges were not good etc. The hinges worked fine for me. Was very easy to install. The only hand up I have is they include drywall anchors for mounting. Well we mounted this ontop of porcelain tile. Had to run into town and pickup some tile drill bits. Then planned everything out so the mounting screws for the bottom and side plate and corner anchor would all be drill into studs. Well the screws they include with the kit arent long enough to go through the tile, thinset, and concrete board. So had to run back into town, that is my only knock on this kit. Besides that very easy to install, the hinges are easily able to hold the door and it looks great. Was also cool they included an extra bag of misc screws, anchors and such incase any was lost, unfortunately I wasnt able to use any of that stuff either. All said an done i had both sets of doors drilled, siliconed and mounted in about 3-4 hours.

The shower door is beautiful - I love the aesthetic and have gotten raves from friends & family about the look. It gets 4+ stars. My handyman had no trouble installing it (it did require some diamond bits to drill into the tile, but he knew that would be the case). My only uncertainty is the hinge, b/c while the door is meant to open out, there is some give and it swings in a bit. I think it important to let guests know that the door is meant to swing out only - not in. My other problem is local in nature: our water is highly calcified and it's extremely important to wipe the doors down (I actually use a squeegee) or the glass would spot. But that's not an issue of the shower door but the local well water. I am very happy with the looks and installation of the shower door -- it's classy!

Excellent product; looks really wonderful; sturdy hardware; packed very well and no broken or missing elements/parts; easy easy to install; easy ship to store pick-up process (saves in shipping costs). Great experience and now purchasing 2 additional (different models) shower doors from Dreamliner
5 Stars
I typically don't leave reviews, but now I have to do it. I bought this shower door 5 years ago. Some of the parts got old and worn over the years. I contacted the company directly to order new hinges, support arm and a slider. They told me that they don't sell parts, but they will send these to me for free under warranty. Again, all this after 5 years. Not that is what I call customer service. They totally deserve the 5 stars!!! Thank you so much again. My shower door looks brand new!!!
Perfect for my shower
I got this in the summer of 2018. It is perfect for my new shower. It looks beautiful, swings easily, no leaks and no problems with the installation. I installed it myself following the instructions adapting as necessary. The swinging door was much easier to install by temporarily setting it on a thin piece of plywood while attaching the hinges, easier to make sure it is plumb and secure.

High quality product and excellent assembly instructions. Had real difficulty getting the door to align with the stationary glass panel. Took several install iterations and the last one held after I kept tightening the hinge set screws over a two day period. This could have been mentioned in the instructions.
