Great Pan
This is a great pan with a large flat area to cook.
This is the second anolon square saute pan that I've purchased. The other lasted several years before the coating started to fail. Love the shape for frying bacon.

We have shopped fir pans from several places and found these Analon pans to be very good quality- but the big box prices are more expensive than we thought reasonable. Found these on Overstock and they are great. We have cooked a few times and the food did not stick and clean up was easy. Also the food was cooked evenly because the pans are made better so pan bottom distributed heart very well. Thanks for a great deal Overstock!
Excellent, quality pan.
The pan is heavy, very stick-resistent. It is a high quality stove top to oven piece.
Not as heavy duty as it "looks" in picture.
I like it however I thought it would be a thicker metal. It's lightweight and my concern is that it may not hold up for as long as I want it to.
Functionality is good, capacity not so much
Cooking function is awesome, non stick features are as well. But not a true 4qts capacity and wish it would have been at least 12 inches in diameter. If you have any that actually are in the square shape in 12 inches. Let me know cause that would definitely fit my needs...
Good quality pan
I have an Anolon saucepan of the same type and like it. I purchased this anticipating similar performance. So far it seems just fine.
Anolon is always my go to brand of cookware, I really like this square pan, I like making bacon and burgers with a square pan. I look forward to purchasing more Anolon cookware like this in the future!
