The 1 lb propane canister only gives you about an hour of heat. Need to be able to use a 20 lb tank. Would not recommend purchasing it.

Easy to assemble and works perfectly!

I got this today at a fundraiser. I brought it home and assembled it, used one of the 1 lb. propane tanks I have on hand for the mosquito fogger, did the bubble test for leaks (none), and it started up on about the 5th click of the pilot. I'm a woman and did the whole thing with one Phillips head screwdriver in about 20 minutes. I tested it on the back porch. It works fine, puts out a nice amount of heat. I'm looking forward to coffee on the back porch in the morning using this heater, as it's still in the 40s on some mornings.

Waste of time and dangerous

Poorly designed does not work. The stand leans and dies not stand up straight. The base of the stand has very sharp edges and the door as well. Will cut your hands and arm if not careful. Did not light after assembly. Worthless.

I've used my unit a few times and it gives off a good amount of heat in a small area, but the igniter stopped working after only a few lighting's. Now I just use a separate long lighter to get the pilot started. Other than that it works great.

Very hard to assemble and operate

I am not very strong at my age and found it impossible to screw in the gas container- after a very difficult assembly. Had to return it.

Stops working after single use

The heating element doesn't work after a single use. Total piece of crap.

Works well puts out nice and variable. Directions not clear on ignition. Turn till single click that turns on pilot

How to enjoy being out doors more.

Ilike to use my deck at night. My kids asked me if we could heat it this year. A friend has one of these. She used it last year and it worked . I have tried it and like how easy it is to use. I also got a propane tank refill adapter to refill the small tank. BESURE TO READ INSTRUCTIONS FIRST.

Fits my back patio perfectly and the price couldn't be beat. Would definitely recommend this item.
