The cabinet is a great deal for the money.

Nice cabinet and good value for the money. You definitely need a cordless drill verses a phillips screwdriver as the instructions indicate. The little pilot holes provided rarely line up. The instructions are adequate, pretty easy to follow.

Low quality machined material

Buyer BEWARE!! I never write bad reviews unless if it calls for major flags of warning. This cabinet is cheaply made. For the price paid, I was astonished of the cheap material and the hardware they supplied to put the cabinet together. I chose to buy the unit unassembled because of height modifications that needed to be made. I should have paid more attention to the negative review comments for this unit. I am baffled that the makers of these cabinets allow such quality to go out the door. Firstly, the cabinet parts were damaged in the box. The pieces were chipped, cut incorrectly, and the pieces did not align correctly, making construction of the cabinet to be challenging. Secondly, the instructions for assembly were confusing, and not clear. The company needs to fire whoever wrote the instructions for this cabinet. They are written by a MORON. The pictures showing details are written in very small print and are so small you have to play " parts roulette" to figure which part they are talking about. Don't you just hate it when you can't figure which part goes where and how because NOTHING is correctly identified? Thirdly, the cabinet sides are 1/2" wide and not 3/4" like the front and back pieces are. So, when they cut a dado cut in 1/2" board you get a 3/8" rail, so that when you drive the very small screw they call for, it pokes thru the other side. If you want a quality cabinet, stay away from this brand. Due to the various pieces that are materially substandard, and were missed by their low-quality control, look elsewhere to buy.

Great Cabinet

I was originally not a fan of cabinets we had to assemble, but the price and quality make it worth the extra time. The drawers are dovetailed and cabinet material is plywood and not cheap pressboard. It also fits my iron antique sink - love it!! Note: wood glue is required to assemble, so remember to buy that too.

Nice Quality

I'll start with the good: the quality of these cabinets is nice especially for the price. The assembly is only made difficult by the skimpy instructions and pilot holes that don't all line up. With this cabinet in particular, getting the back panel seated was a struggle as I assembled these solo. I ended up crawling in the cabinet and wiggling the sides so the panel would fully seat in the proper location. The key is not to tighten all the screws on the sides to help with this. That's another issue for me; maybe others are drill experts but with the small wood screws and the braces - I had to hand screw these into place.

I did not realize this is an empty cabinet. I also ordered the drawer handle assuming it had a drawer and shelf! Also it has not counter cover. I will need to return it. I love the quality but it is not what I want!

Not worth it!

Overall look when finished isn’t terrible but I’m very disappointed. The shipping was horrible. Not only was the package damaged but they delivered to my next door neighbors house instead of mine. Normally that wouldn’t be the end of the world but the package was heavy!!

Very nice. Easy to assemble if you take your time. Directions are not the best.

Poorly constructed

None of the brackets aligned with the holes, so we had to re drill everything. Some of the pieces were warped, so it was a challenge to piece together. Several chips were on the unit. And the toe kick did not align, it is 1/4 inch too long. Too late to really return once you start assembling and using wood glue.

So far I am very pleased with the sink base. It was easy to put together. I’m on a budget, so the fact I could save money by putting it together myself was great!

Quality lower than expected.

Arrived with box quite damaged. Finished, visible cabinet surfaces were completely busted. Due to late delivery I had to make a repair versus wait for yet another to ship to me.

The photos / diagram are wrong: No drawer or shelf

The photos and diagram of this cabinet show it with a drawer and interior shelf, but it arrived without these features. So I had to re-package it and haul it back to the store to return it. And then I had to order the one with the drawer and shelf and had to substitute another brand due to delivery delay. This has delayed work on installation of these cabinets by several days.
