Fully examine if there's any damaged parts.

Overall build quality was good. However, shipping box and some of the parts were damaged. Since I had already assembled most of the parts and didn't want the whole thing replaced and re-assemble all over again. There was no other way to replace only the damaged part(drawer rail).

It’s great for my economy and way better than what I have now. Instructions could be better.

Got this delivered a little faster than expected, but there seemed to be a lot more tape than necessary on the box - like it had already been returned once.. The pieces weren't individually cushioned from each other, and no padding around the outside, so needless to say most pieces were damaged. I paid more to get an extra cabinet for a bar area to match my existing kitchen, but I think I'd rather buy a pre-assembled, in store, and call it a day.

The quality was exactly as described and arrived very quickly.

The packaging for shipping is absolutely terrible -- as a result there are various dings and cracks. Just fix it up yourself, and do not try to return, however, as it will take hours to contact the appropriate people at Lowe's to return and then replace. Good quality - which is why it is unfathomable why they don't pack it up better for shipping - I wouldn't buy this brand again for that reason.

I liked how the end product turned out, but did not expect it to arrive in separate pieces and have to assemble it all. The directions were a little sparse and could have been more clear.

This is the same as I ordered the whole Collection and they were all damaged. This is no exception.

So happy we made this purchase. We did not mind putting it together. Good quality wood the finish is wonderful, a great solid cabinet. I would not hesitate to purchase this again if I needed to.

The product itself is fine, but the description on the website mentions that it includes drawers (even including a video) but apparently this model doesn't come with drawers. It took many phone calls/chats to remedy the situation (credit to the HD Cust Service rep who resolved). Poor website QA.

We have now ordered 2 of these, and they were both damaged beyond use. I would not order this item again.

Product description as having "snap together panels" is not accurate. Assembly requires a lot of screws and some wood glue. Poorly written assembly instructions. Had to shave a saw blade width off cabinet bottom piece to get back/rear section past bottom piece. Final result looks good though.
