Cork Hot Pads

These sheet of cork were just what I needed to repair some hot trivets for hot food. They are oval wooden pads that the very old cork was wearing out. This product did the job nicely and the cork is actually thicker than the original. It worked out perfect! I am please and would buy it again. Also used some of the cork to fashion a memo board. Thanks for the great product and the ridiculous fast shipping! :)

thick cork, but easy to trim, great for billboards in offices for notifications as well as vivarium backgrounds.

Do not use if trying to make one large panel!

Not what I expected

These were very thin and you can’t use a regular push pin on it without it going through. We had to double them up to prevent this.

After cleaning the wall and then wiping with alcohol, I let the wall dry and then placed on cork boards a day later cork boards fell one by one. I guess that’s what happens when you go cheap.

I needed cork board for a project and these worked just fine

Poor adhesion to foam backing.

After 2 weeks the boards fell. They stuck to the wall but not the black runner area. opposite of the cork face. Paid 10$. Do not buy. It even peeled my paint off because it really stuck to the wall but not he foam panel.

the adhesive squares are too difficult to peel. Better to make a different purchase.

These cork tiles are the thinner, bendable type, which I wanted, and they went up quickly. The attaching sticky squares were nice and big. One downside was that these tiles were covered in cork dust almost like sand so really made a mess. Suggest you wipe both sides down when you take them out of box.

These were perfect for making a custom size cork board in my new office. My only complaint is they are pretty thin and the push pins hit the wall.
