Assembled this by myself probably about 2 hours. Mostly because I switched the upper legs and had to disassemble two legs after I was already done. Lol. My bad. Other than that. Read the directions and examine the pics. All good now. It’s anchored to my deck and is now home to my pellet smoker and my 36” griddle.
The product arrived with all the frame parts but without the canopy, so the unit is basically useless. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach out to Customer Service but they have not responded.
While I love the products, this company has some of the worst customer service processes I've ever experienced.
