Ordered the gazebo after researching it and checking previous customer recommendations (some quite negative due to not understanding the instructions to put it together). It was delivered within 2 days and received a call from the driver 30 minutes prior to his arrival and helped him to lift it into the garden from the van. It came in 2 boxes well protected packages. The initial instructions were easy to follow and took a short time. It says 2 are required to put it together, this is not something one person can do alone. Started at 9am and the gazebo was up and completed by 6pm. I recommend using the bolts supplied to attach it to a solid base i.e. paving slabs or concrete *8mm drill bit required) and for extra protection from wind, leg weights.

Excellent product

I'm super impressed with this gazebo. I've bought and assembled many things over the years and this has got to be one of the best quality items that I've assembled. The quality of the hardware is top notch and the quality of the gazebo itself is top notch. The instructions are simple and easy to follow.. the hardest part is actually putting the curtains on after everything has been assembled (just tedious because of the number of hooks you need to thread into grommets in the curtain, but no quality issues). It requires two people for some steps, but i was able to do most of it myself.. took about 8-10 hours in total across a few days.

Very happy with this product. Was and is as advertised. Instructions on how to build it were a little vague but if you can build things by picture it¡¯s pretty easy. Most steps you can do by your self. Others you will need someone to help you. Very well built with high quality materials! I¡¯ve gotten a lot of compliments and would recommend this product to anyone!

I have spent the last few weeks looking at gazebos and trying to make an informed decision. After searching reviews on multiple sites I decided to order this gazebo made by Outsunny and supplied by Aosom. I was prepared to have issues with them assembly because the negative reviews seemed more about how the assembly instructions were written rather than complaints about the actual gazebo. I forewarned my husband about the negative reviews about the instructions and the helpful hints some people had included in their reviews. I'm happy to report that my husband assembled the gazebo, basically by himself, with no real issues. He felt the assembly instructions weren't too bad. I can't wait to enjoy our deck without being eaten alive by bugs!

Great product/customer service

We ordered the Outsunny gazebo after seeing/hearing about a similar one that my father ordered through Aosom. They provided prompt replies to questions prior to the purchase, sent the item promptly once ordered (it arrived early), and was very responsive to questions via e-mail and phone. We had a slight issue with a couple of panels, to which they promptly made right.

As others have said this is a little tedious to put together but soooo worth it! Best advice... don't tighten screws until the end. In some steps you'll definitely need the wiggle room! It has rained several times with no roof leaks. We also had a pretty bad wind storm and had no issues. We hadn't secured it to the concert patio yet so we had to improvise but the structure held up! Recommend!!!

Exactly as Advertised

I read many reviews before buying this gazebo, and chose this one because it had the fewest negative reviews. My experience was great! Product arrived on time, intact, and exactly as advertised. Definitely a two-person to assemble but everything went together correctly and the instructions were just fine. We love it! (Including our dog!)

Very good quality

My husband and I are 60 years old and put this together with few problems. The picture instructions were pretty easy to follow and all the bolt holes lined up. A helpful hint is that before you put the roof panels on loosen the roof frame and top cap bolts a little so you can maneuver the panels into place easier. Once the roof panels are all on you can tighten all the bolts again. We feel it is a good quality structure and recommend it.

Excellent gazebo

Expect to spend the day putting this together especially alone (7 hours). Instructions are pretty straight forward but there is a lot of hardware which is why it takes so long. Once it was completed we were very happy with the look and sturdiness. We were concerned about the smaller corner posts but so far so good. We put it on our back deck which tends to get gusty winds but it seems to handle that without issue. We are very happy with our purchase.

Sturdiness is better than expected.

Pros: Sturdiness is better than expected. No leaks even through the heaviest rain. The curtains are thick & haven't stained.Cons: Assembly is not hard BUT was annoying, especially hanging the curtains. Definitely easier to do with 2 people. The written instructions could be better.Overall: Recommended if you have patience to build.
