Bad product and bad experience

Bought this table a few weeks back. The description is not matching when I saw the table. It was a easy return product with in 30 days but my return request was not accepted by seller instead he kept asking baseless questions and I was not even getting timely responses. Unfortunately I had to given up & kept the table & discard the return request. Because the seller was clearly not willing to bother about my query. So definitely not recommended!!!

Okay product; Hellish to build it. Poor factory

I bought this for my mother in law, and knew it would be a bit of a job to assemble. It took much longer than I expected. The main fasteners' holes were drilled TOO SHALLOW, and I damaged fasteners until I figured out the problem. Had to bend the fasteners back and pick out the holes until they could fit properly. Mounting the top was HORRIBLE. Tip: Pre-drill in the marked spots, and use many pillows and blankets to support the top/rails in the exact correct position with the bottom at a steep angle to mate. Also, remove one end of each gas strut so that the screws can actually be installed (they are blocked). The gas strut can be reattached with about 8kg of force, so use a glove.

It tells you on instruction Manuel , it’s more convenient for two people to assemble it and that part is true . It’s time consuming but not complicated at all! And it is a nice piece for front room true to size described in description. Nice and sturdy product that came together perfect and shipped before estimated delivery!

4 Hour Build Time

It took me 4 hours to put this table together. You may be asking yourself how could it take someone 4 hours to put together a coffee table. Well it was the longest 4 hours of my life. I started putting the table together and the screws kept falling out. No matter how hard you tighten them they would still fall out. When putting 2 pieces together they would not stay flush against each other. There would always be small gaps. They only gave you an Allen key with a screwdriver end to put the table together and most screws had no pre-existing holes so you had to make them yourself. Since it is a lift table you had to install the arms, however when trying to screw them in the arm itself was blocking the screw holes so you can’t screw them in straight no matter how hard you try. This was the longest project of my life and my arms ached after it. Depending on the day screws still fall out. Also the color is more of a reddish brown. All in all it was not easy to put together and I will never get those 4 hours of my life back.

Very disappointed

After 2 months the paint is already wearing off this table. It also lopsided when you put it up or down

Nightmare coffee table

I ordered this coffee table and it was delivered by FedEx. That's where the nightmare began, it took 6 days to give it to me when they told me it was in my city. I then went to go get it and the box was severely damaged and retaped with parts falling out of. When I got it home, the table was damaged inside. I got a hold of Walmart and FedEx and told them, but they are both not bothering to call me back because of the terrible service I received.

Terrible

The inside arms to raise the table (or open) table were wrong contacted you and you replaced the arms but they still don’t fit. I can not hook up top to the table makes it worthless to me. The top slides all around. What can you do for me. Fix it?????
