Nice light

These look nice. They can be hardwired very easily, but the instructions could be better for a novice DIYer. Also if you hardwire, check the length of the screws on the mounting plate -before install - they’re too short (but they’re ok for the plug in mounting plate due to its recessed screw holes). I replaced them with 1.125” 8-32s. Lastly, the seagrass shades block some light, so these work well for ambient light, but they’re a little dim for task lighting (like reading in bed). 4/5

Dangerous product

Cheaply stamped and unfinished sharp edges. Cut myself on the disc shape part beneath the switch and the seller refused compensation. Low quality, dangerous lamp for high quality prices.

Cuts like a knife, dangerous and poor quality for any price.

This lamp has a dangerously sharp disc shaped part just below the switch that I cut my finger on. The switch itself is really stiff and as you roll it between your fingers it tends to wedge your finger between the switch and the sharp edge of the disc. Cheap stamped parts that aren't finished or deburred, cheap switch, and the joints in the articulating arm are so tight that the lacquer finish gets ground to a powder if you do manage to move the arms.
