Love the shower head,! It works fine, although it is a little hard to change from setting to setting.

I love the color is not that gold like is really smooth and elegant. It works perfect both the shower and the handheld I am really happy with their looks!

Great shower faucet!

We were looking to redo one of our bathrooms and I decided this went with the look I was trying to achieve. A year and a half later, it’s still functioning great and I’m glad I bought it. The only downfall to this faucet set up, is the corded shower head. The cord is actually peeling and has been since maybe a month into using it. Besides the peeling, it’s a great shower head!

Great 3way valve option - although indicator which output is selected could be bigger easier to ID

They delivered the wrong one so had to go with a different brand. The store did order a new one but could not help with expediting a faster shipping option. The plumber was already scheduled and could not change that. I have to say was not very happy with Home Depot.

Difficult to install, Faucet faulty

If you aren’t a plumber with lots of experience, don’t do it. The bath faucet just spins when you try to tighten it up, and the set screws on the bottom cannot be tightened enough to prevent the threaded part from spinning freely. On top of that, one of the set screws is stripped.This is an awful design. I’m afraid to try and tighten all the other 1/2” male threaded components now, and as it is every single one of them leak. I’m at a standstill and don’t have a working bathtub/ shower.

the spray attachment feels really cheap plastic like the first time to drop in on the tub floor it is going to crack
