Received the shower head with a slight bend at the edge. Contacted customer service, and they were very helpful, sending a replacement right away. I haven't installed it yet, but I've checked the other parts and found no additional issues. The material is extremely heavy duty, and I may need to reinforce the ceiling to support its weight.

I really love this shower faucet, even though it cost me a lot of money (including installation costs), it was a gift for my wife in my new house. After everything was ready, I test the functions with no problems before I brought my wife to open her surprise gift, her reaction was exactly what I wanted, I felt her happiness in her face and expression, and I felt it. That's what this shower did for me, it was a very good shopping experience! I'm a really good gift shopper, and I appreciate that your products are so effective, and I'm already thinking of asking my wife to buy something new from your company for her kitchen.

Ordered together with shower doors for my new bathroom remodeling, totally surprised me!! Installation was a bit tricky, but now it’s perfect, the lights are pretty, and the water pressure is excellent, great choice!

2 days arrived, finially done the installation, asked for help from plumber and take some time to finish... The large showerhead even okay for couple shower after a few attempts haha... LED works excellent, sooo amazing experience!! The sliding rod is a great feature for my kids also, worth the price 100 times!

Everything works great after installation till now, top showerhead size just right for my bathroom, still trying other functions. Nothing to complain about anyway, but told FedEx left at front door is not good for such an expensive stuff.

It definitely doesn't come cheap, I'll give you that. But, I have to say, this shower system packs a punch when it comes to features. Here's hoping it lives up to its price tag!
