I recently installed the 12-inch shower system with body jets in matte black. Beautiful, definitely worth the money! Perfect shower head, i absolutely love this, it took me a while to write a review because i wanted to try it out. The water pressure is different from the rain feature to the hand held, the handheld pressure is definitely much higher and it is great. I had this installed, the person who installed it had a bit of a hard time but nothing that couldnt be solved, I know extra parts were needed but other than that it was great.

I recently got the 12 Inch in black installed. I love the looks of it and works great. However I have this problem of grinding noise coming thru the shower walls when the shower is running. One can hear this grind from every room of the house. I didn't test the shower before closing up the walls. I cannot figure out what is causing this noise. I wonder if it is the air injection technology ? Not sure if anyone else has experienced this issue, or I'm missing something here. It will be a huge lot of work to open up wall again

Package arrived on time and packaging was excellent. The item looks like it’s very well made, nice and heavy. The color is more gold than I wanted but I’m keeping it because it’s beautiful. Hopefully the color doesn’t clash with my other golds. Very happy with purchase and would recommend. I’ll post a picture after my contractor installs it.

This shower head is amazing and such a great price! It made our shower look sleek and modern, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We had it professionally installed, so I can’t speak to the ease of installation, but it sure looks beautiful! The pressure is good too. Love that you can use the rain head and the handheld at the same time by turning the dial halfway. Highly recommend!

I feel like this is a great value. I'm impressed with the quality and love, love, love, the look and the way it provides such an impact on renovating my bathroom. Of course it works great too. It has plenty of pressure which is what I was most concerned about. My brother did the install and I didn't hear him curse too much so that's a good sign too :)

I have been looking for a shower system with both an overhead and a hand held device. I really like the hand held option for when i don't want to get my hair wet and for cleaning the shower. This is a classy beautiful system, only thing will definitely need a plumber to install it. Awesome!

The directions were pretty easy for me to follow. I test fitted the shower arm and the hand held mount with the in wall fitting and found that the in wall fitting had to be mounted sideways in order for the hardware threads to stop at a watertight point. If I had not done this, the shower head would have been pointing sideways.

Love love love!!! So much more inexpensive than the other shower systems I’ve found. Definitely would suggest purchasing. The instillation wasn’t difficult at all and makes our shower so much more enjoyable. I’ll be purchasing another for our next remodel

Very sleek looking set of fixtures, love the black. The shower head And sprayer is amazing. Install was pretty easy, all metal threaded parts, no plastic. Only issue i had was with install of the stems. The tolerance is much smaller threading a square stem in vs the normal round but at the end of the day it’s all worth it.

I've had this shower head system for a year and a half and I love it! Not only is it sleek and beautiful, but it also works wonderfully. The large rain showerhead is fantastic, a great spa like experience. I've had no problems with leeks or any other issues. I'm glad I took a chance on this system!

I absolutely love this shower hardware. It’s sleekness and clean lines worked perfectly with my bathroom remodel design. However, I have had this in place for only 2 1/2 months and you’ll notice on the Finish on the handheld portion of the hardware is rubbing off. There are only two people that use the shower and it is not overused or being used beyond normal use. There is no reason for a finish coming off this early in order to repair this, I need to hire a plumber and buy new fixtures. I put a lot of money into the bathroom remodel, and I am beyond disappointed that the hardware is not holding up. I am not a happy camper. Beware!

First of all I thought that for the price it could not be any good. I was pleasantly surprised when I unpacked it how great it was packaged. Even had white gloves to handle the shower parts. It is all brass no plastic parts and impresses with the quality. I just hope the guy who installed it did it right it works beautifully so far. Bravo!

We did a remodel in our master bath and ordered 2 of these 12" shower heads. They are so beautiful and give our shower a "Spa" like feel! One of the arms that connect to the wall had a slight leak and their Customer Support Team got a replacement out to us overnight! It is working perfectly, thank you Sofia for your follow through in getting us what we needed. We will be remodeling our hall bath next and will definitely be order the same shower head again!

Does anyone know if the cartridge inside the valve is reversed? Casainc hasn't answered this question in my email to them. Researched online and found videos of other brands, reverse valve instructions but nothing for this unit. After I typed in reversed in the commets ,i seen many other customers with the same issues of hot and cold reversed.

I liked the look, but once installed, it's okay. Product came missing the cover plates for the shower and shower handle. The spout for the shower is way too short. They need to make it longer or else you'll be struggling to get water while hitting the shower walls. If you tilt the shower spout, water will not reach the end of the spout, so the tilting method is pointless. Overall, I would choose a different rain shower set, or have someone weld a better and longer spout. Looks modern and nice. Just to note, these are not your standard sizes, so if you need replacements, you'll have to replace the entire thing and won't be able to find parts to fit it.

I know rain shower heads generally don't have great water pressure, but to call this item a "high pressure" product is a joke. Literal outdoor rain showers have more pressure than this shower head. Even the handheld isn't what I would consider high pressure, just normal. I'm giving it 3 stars because the product itself is nice, but I take issue with them terming anything about this high pressure.

The whole set up is pretty awesome. However the shower head has less pressure than I like. The wand makes up for it a tad, but I still wished the water pressure for the head was more powerful. It’s definitely a “rainfall” type. Overall I’m satisfied

This was advertised as a high pressure shower head. Once installed and operational, it is more of a gentle rain, rather than a high pressure unit. It's comfortable, soothing, but it is not a high pressure experience but more of a soaking head. I don't have long, thick hair but I feel I have to work to get product out of my hair when shampooing. To be fair the hand held unit is very powerful. The product has a great look, easy to install, but is not operational as advertised.
