Easy Peasy
This a great system. I bought it because at 76, it is difficult to reach up and grasp the shower head. The new Kohler features a stationary shower head and a handheld attachment that is in a lower position. I don’t have to stand on my toes to reach it. Looks great too.

Great product and good people to work with
Looks great and works great. The real reason I wanted to leave a review was to thank Kohler for turning a bad situation into a good one: we had paid for express shipping and then found out the product wouldn’t come in time for our installation. We let Kohler know and in hours someone contacted us with a plan to express ship the item, which they had located, to us. I work in customer service and really appreciate the effort that went into service recovery on this, and will shop Kohler again because of it.

Love the Rainhead!
East to install, looks great and really enjoy the rain head! Hand held works great too.:. My only negative is the hand held hose should be of better quality. I was not aware that a better quality one was available but for the price and overall quality of the hydro-rail the upgrade should be included or at least offered.
Gorgeous and functional
My bathroom remodel is finally completed and I just LOVE the look and function of this double shower head. I couldn't be happier. I bought faucets for the sink to match!
