After 5 months the hose blew.

Works well in both shower head and hand held mode. My only suggestion would be to make the hose to the handheld a little longer.Very easy to install using the very clear instructions.

Saw this in a very exclusive lighting and bath store. It was very expensive but I love the idea because it was pretty cool. Easy to grab and easy to hang up

Took forever to ship. When it finally shipped, the tracking number showed it was shipped several days earlier. Then it was marked as handed to an individual at the address. Not true at all.

I like this quite a bit. Easy to install, and the magnetic handheld shower head comes off and back on effortlessly. I did find that the main shower head water flow was on the weak side, so I took out the water restrictor (easy to do following a YouTube video) and now it is great!There is more plastic in this unit than I would have thought but it doesn't seem to affect the operation negatively in anyway.

It hangs lower on the wall

It's a great shower head and I love the magnetic lock, I replaced the old one because the old style holder cracked. The only thing I would change is to somehow put the magnet lower on the handle so it sits higher on the wall. I'm 6'1" and I don't fit under the shower head to rinse my hair. This one is several inches lower than the old one and I just fit under that one. Maybe if I was better doing the Limbo.

had high hopes for this, but when both shower heads are on, they have very low water pressure. when just one is running it has adequate pressure.

Great Product, if you are careful.

I bought this as a replacement less than 6 months ago. At first, I really liked the design of it, but found that using any tools to tighten the plastic parts will tear them up, and hand tightening can be insufficient. I tried to gently use pliers, but alas, it weakened the shower cradle enough that it has since cracked from the water pressure going through it.Please make future models with sturdier parts. Nothing with water flowing through it should be hand tighten only.

Cheaply made.

The shower head is made of plastic and the push button for the spray head leaks and allows pressure to not build up and sprays with little pressure. I’m returning the item.
