Cheap plastic, can't install

Thought this might be a good option but I was wrong. Made with cheap plastic parts, the threads stripped when trying to screw the shower head to the metal water pipe. Couldn't use as there's no way to install it with the stripped threads. Will be attempting to return for something usable/higher quality.

Only last over a week.

Popped like a balloon during the shower. The hose inside the conduit was very thin.

Great Pressure

With the different settings it’s nice to have a really good pressure setting because I also wash my windows screens in my bathtub. It is a really good handheld shower head. I’ve had Moen for years over 30, and I can still buy the cartridges for my taps. This was a good price and I also chose this one for the metal hose. I’ve never like the plastic ones, they don’t ever hang right.

Installation Instructions Should Be Improved

Bought and installed today. The comment found in the review of another Moen product was extremely useful to avoid leaks. This should be part of the instructions that come in the package.

Lightweight and easy to install

It was very easy to install and it looked great! The pressure is just right, there are multiple settings including the softer/low pressure that I prefer. The hose was very flexible and the shower head was lightweight too! Overall, I love this product. Have only been using it for a month now and so far so good!

Spray Angle Adjustment

The holding device which clamps the bracket holding the shower head in place does not grip sufficiently. As a result, the shower head weight gradually causes it to slide downwards from the desired position (angle).

Very easy shower head to install, but be very careful not to over tighten threads or you’ll end up cracking the connection! The finish is excellent and cleans up well.

Squeaky clean

I like the way it works for now and the way it was made it looks like good quality.

Moen Ignite Handheld Shower Head

Very happy with this product. Reasonably priced and water pressure is good. Like the long flexible kink free metal hose. Bought a second one a few months after trying the first one out.
