Quality assurance failed

the first shower head I received the screw that holds the hand held in was loose and I couldn't figure out how to tighten it properly so I returned it. the second one I got the attachment for the hand held was the wrong way so thankfully with some brute force I was able to turn it to the right angle. I feel someone is failing on making sure they are in good order before shipping out.

High Water Pressure!!

Water pressure is still strong even among two shower heads and you could raise it even further by directing water output to either one of the heads.

Nice fixture but wish it were not plastic.

Appears to be a good unit but was disappointed that it’s not solid metal but rather chromed plastic. I guess there’s no reason to think it will break. Just the same, I value fixtures made of metal.

Quality Product

So far so good. Easy installation. Good water flow. Instructions say to only hand tighten the shower head. Which I did. After first use the shower head loosened a bit so I used a wrench to tighten it down more than hand tighten. It also could have been the teflon tape adding to the loosening. In any event it appears to be tight now. Other than that, no leaks, good flow and easy access to shower head sprays and hand held.

Great condo option

Wanted to upgrade an existing shower head in our condo to something with a hose and handle for washing our pup in the tub. Saw this and decided to give it a go. Install was easy, done in 10 minutes, no leaks, no problems.

Great functioning faucet and well made. Only issue is that it requires 2 washers to install to the water supply.

Big upgrade

A couple months ago my old shower head began spraying water in every direction. I took a chance on this one and it was a huge improvement. The different settings come in handy, the pressure is good, and the handheld attachment is secure and easy to switch on and off thanks to the lever along the side.

Terrible

Don't waste your money. This thing leaks like crazy (even if you use plumber's tape) and has terrible pressure. I re-installed it twice just to be sure.

This product is great! It's easy to install (once you figure out how its done - the instructions are lacking in clarity). Taking a shower under this is like standing under a gentle, warm rain.

Best shower head, best price

I went looking for a shower head that would work for everyone in my family. My son is almost 6 feet tall and I am 5 feet. It was a constant battle repositioning the shower head whenever we showered.
