Quality assurance failed

the first shower head I received the screw that holds the hand held in was loose and I couldn't figure out how to tighten it properly so I returned it. the second one I got the attachment for the hand held was the wrong way so thankfully with some brute force I was able to turn it to the right angle. I feel someone is failing on making sure they are in good order before shipping out.

High Water Pressure!!

Water pressure is still strong even among two shower heads and you could raise it even further by directing water output to either one of the heads.

Dual Shower Heads

Have you ever heard of the saying, two heads are better then one? Well, there is truth in that. Having now used the the Moen Ignite 5-Function Shower Head Combo, Brushed Nickle makes a big difference for me taking a shower. The functions on the shower are very easy to use and when done, you feel more relaxed. I recommend it to anyone who would like to try it. It works great!

Good but need a pressure boost for dual head use

Works well in single output mode, ensure you have very high water pressure if you want to use dual head function. Easy install, seems fairly sturdy for the price point.

Good for short and tall in the house.

Works great, the spray selection is kind of boring, and when using both heads at the same time water pressure is very low. So, it’s basically one or the other not both. It’s great if you have a tall person and short person in the house though. The hose is sturdier than some others. Doesn’t feel cheap.

Massive design flaw

The bracket holding the handheld head in place rotates freely under the shower arm, causing the handheld assembly to fall out and on your head. It also leaks/splashes all over out of that joint, which cannot be tightened. Unusable, going back.

Moen Ignite poorly designed

Worst product ever. The piece that holds the handle swivels continuously, so when you hang up the hand shower, it swivels down and falls out. Possibly we got a broken unit; we returned it.

Took about 5 minutes to assemble. Pressure is awesome when both heads are on. No issues. Just make sure to really tighten the part that connects in the shower so that the removable shower head doesn’t swing off and clunk you on the head while you’re using it! I used a wrench with a thin cloth in between so as not to get any scratches on it.
