I’m happy with this faucet and soap dispenser. The design is lovely and the size and shape works well with my sink. The only aesthetic comment is that the pull-out spout part is a slightly darker metal than the body of the faucet but hardly noticeable. I like the way the mode for the water changes by tapping on the spout and switching back when you turn it off and on again. The maneuverable is smooth and feel solid.

I am extremely pleased with the Hansgrohe soap dispenser. The item matched my hansgrohe kitchen faucet in black stainless steel. My husband installed the product with no difficulty. Build.com was the only website that had it in stock. Customer service shipped the soap dispenser without any problems. It arrived within a 3 day window. Perfect replacement for my kitchen

Soap dispenser structural integrity.

Less than a month after its installation, soap dispenser fell off. There is very little weight to cause it to break and fall off. Kitchen is not ready for full use, so it has been used 5 to 10 times (max).

Hansgrohe soap dispenser.

Simple elegant design works perfectly. For me the smaller length of the spout works but if you have any distance between the spout and the sink get the one with the longer spout. Love Hansgrohe products.

Not plastic!

Very happy with this soap dispenser. So many of these that I’ve seen were plastic and this one is metal.

DEPEND ON THIS DISPENSER WHEN YOU WANT SOAP

This dispenser operates when pushed down into the escutcheon and fit into the same escutcheon for the soap dispenser that was installed in my 25 year old Elkay LR250 Luster tone, still relatively new because of the high amount of nickel, sink. It operates better than the original, and looks perfect next to my 1 year old Hansgrohe faucet. This is a well made well designed high quality soap dispenser!
