Pros and cons

It’s gorgeous and very well made. The look and feel of a luxury product. However, it’s not intuitive nor easy to move the joy-stick to the magic spot where water is completely off. We put one in a powder room and even after years of the same company being over, the tap is invariably left running a slight stream of water. Sometimes guests note they couldn’t get it to turn off. Most of the time nothing is said. We assume because they think it’s broken. Not exactly a luxury item statement, unless you drive German cars. We won’t buy another one.

Improved Model

This model is a great improvement over the old one - which you cannot get parts for. The pop-up stopper is better and the handle functions smoothly.
