It’s beautiful and looks great. Very luxurious and relaxing water flow. Not a super fast flow rate. If you live in a cold climate, be aware that there is no water extractor on the tub faucet. Our plumber informed us, it is very easy for water to get stuck in the pipes. You have to shut off the water and toggle the top notch between settings and wait for the excess water to flow out. Not the best design to ensure water doesn’t freeze in the pipes.

I ordered a set for my primary bathroom that was just the shower and hand wand and then the three function set to match for my guest bath with tub. All the pieces came except the two most crucial to make the whole system work.

This shower system is really well made. It is sturdy and the finish is beautiful. Love how the rain shower head is designed, it is big! and allows for a big area of water fall.

This item will be returned it doesnt bring all the pieces I have tried contacting the seller they sent me one piece and I am still missing another they do not respond in Timely manner and my bathroom remodel is taking longer because of this issue do not buy unless you want to be disappointed or if you have time to wait!

This is made by connecting many tubes which leads to a less stable structure. I was a bit disappointed by this for the price. I recognize that this makes a smaller package for shipping but...

Nice shower system. For me, I didn't like the straight down rainwater shower head. I bought a smaller shower head you can angle more and has more pressure.

Love the colours of the lights in the shower head and everything was perfect except a faulty cartridge when the Plummer did the plumbing for the shower, it leaked but Wayfair did not disappoint they sent me a whole new shower kit at no charge! Very admirable customer service

Really like the product but it was missing the ring that goes around the shower head against the wall. I have looked for information to try and contact the seller but there isn't any and Wayfair doesn't have any contact info either. Hoping the review attracts their attention. Will switch to 5 stars if they are able to ship part!

This product was extremely easy to install. The installation instructions were not as easy to read understand or follow as I thought they should be. But I was able to find a very simple video that the manufacturer has on YouTube that was easy to understand and follow. Everything you need for installation comes in the Box with the exception of the tools of course. I think the white gloves were a nice touch. I would say all in all it took me about an hour to install. Everything works as it should and as is promised. I enjoy my shower a little more now than the previous shower head I had installed. I think it elevates the look of my bathroom. It's easy to clean and wipe dry. I am eager to see how well the self cleaning tips workout.

As soon as I got my shower set I opened the box and it looks great, first I saw it came with white gloves to install it without putting dirty fingerprints on it. It also comes with good detailed instructions and it includes nice illustrations as well.
