Product was defective. Bought two of these faucets and both were defective leading to moderate leaks in my basement.

I must admit, this was not my top choice when I was looking for tub faucets for my new remodel. I was looking for something different, but I waited too long and it was sold out. This one seemed to be basic enough to fit my design remodel. I’ve been very pleased with everything about it. I must say, though the sprayer takes some practice. I sprayed down my bathroom floor several times trying to figure it out. Ha! Overall, I’m pleased.

It is very beautiful and I love it

The faucet looks good in the bathroom. However the base that the faucet goes into has maybe a 2mm gap which causes the faucet to not be steady. It seems as if it's loose, when in reality it is bolted into the ground. I took away a star for this reason. Not sure if anyone else has that issue. Our installer also left much to be desired and it could be user error. Otherwise it is as pictured.

Of all the fixtures I bought when I renovated our new bathroom, this one is my favorite. I wish I had purchased this brand for my shower too. The sprayer is AMAZING! So much water pressure and perfect for cleaning the tub after each bath. It’s a simple design, great quality and classic style. And also the material is metal-very high quality. Even my contractor asked where I bought it. This was a winner!

Came as expected, excited to use in our bathroom.

The quality looks great. It’s going to be a little while before we install. It’s going in our new house.

Good product!!

We just did a bath remodel and picked this faucet for it’s simplicity and looks. It came with a very good packing as attached. We were very happy with the quality and it was very easy for our plumber to install. So far, we have not had a problem and even requested a slightly longer hose which we received very promptly.
