Nice towel warmer. Had it for a few months - so far so good.

Perfect for my husband. Not only does it warm towels but I put his work clothes on it in the morning to warm them up for him, he loves it!

Like it alot. Easy to install. Great looking at a reasonable price. One quibble - one of the set screws to hold the rack to the base isn't setting well and doesn't tighten securely. Hoping that your team can suggest a fix.

It does not heat up our towels even when left on all day. By the time I’ve taken the towel off the rack And put it on my body it is barely warm. We simply use it to hang towels since it doesn’t do what we bought it for.

Great towel warmer for the price

Perfect small space towel warmer. Easy to install.

80 Watts is a low power unit, and takes longer to heat. We use a timer to start it early for our showers. Otherwise it works well.

Just what we wanted. Says it comes with a timer but it doesn’t. We hard wired it and added a timer. Warm towels feel SO good

Unit is nice and works great. The only down side is that the discretion says it has a 2 to 4 hour timer. It does NOT have a timer.

This did not work for us. The bars were warm, but they did not transfer any heat to the towel. Wayfair provided excellent customer service, they refunded our money and the customer service rep was incredibly polite and accommodating. 1 star for the product, 5 stars for Wayfair customer service.

Unfortunately, this towel warming rack did not meet expectations. (1) Although it was turned on for 30 minutes, the towel was not very warm. (2) The electric cord is unsightly. If it did a better job warming the towels, we would have kept it and hard-wired it in. On the plus side, the rack itself is attractive and it arrived promptly. We will be returning it to Home Depot.

Have not installed it yet, the quality is good, shipping and packaging was great
