So when I bought this the expectation was that I would have a nice warm towel to use after a shower. Apparently this product is much more intended to be a 'towel drying rack' than a 'warmer'. Even after having a dry towel on the 'warmer' for over a half an hour, the towel is barely lukewarm.
Towel warmer does not warm.
The towel warmer does not warm the towel. The rods get very warm but after an hour the towel is only warm on the section that touches the towel; and that is barely warm. I have left 2 messages with a contact at Build.com with no response.

Very pleased with the towel bar and especially the company service.
Good for the price!
Used it a lot at first, but now just in the winter. Works well. Takes a while to warm a towel so start it early. We tend to turn it on when we wake up.
Works great, Installation was easy.
This towel warmer works great, it rotates 180 degrees so we were able to place right next to the shower and that makes getting warm towels right out of the shower, very convenient. it was easy enough to install and we are pleased.
