Item not new in the box. Looks like a return just throw in a box. No label to tell what brand the item is. Very Dissatisfied

Basic towel bar at good price. Perfect for rental property renovation.

Looks exactly as shown and the price is super low. Offsetting that great price is the substance of the towel bar; it is quite light-weight and not as robust as other bathroom fixtures. . Nevertheless, it serves its purpose and since we installed it behind a door (see photo) I think it will be fine.

Box came in like a wind chime! The package was wide open, bar, hooks, and screws all dancing inside.

Good sturdy holder and nice clean lines! Matches perfectly with the toilet holder and towel rings.

Cheap feel

Cheap feel and sound when hanging towels. Looks nice and modern, but very poor quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Everything is sooo expensive nowadays. So disappointing. Would return, but already installed.

Sent me the wrong item and gave me a difficult time returning the very unopened item. I made contact 1 hour after delivery because I saw immediately that it wasn't what I ordered.
