The fixture has a beautiful, high-quality look to it. It wasn't easy to install, however. The instructions failed to indicate that, when attaching screws to the mounting plate, the mounting screws shouldn't be screwed all the way in. Instead, you should leave about 5/8" inch between the screw head and the mounting plate. Otherwise, when you attach the fixture, it will not fit snugly against the wall. The first time I installed this fixture, I didn't understand why it was so loose on the wall. It wasn't until I installed a similar fixture from another company, which this in their instructions, that I discovered the problem. I went back to this fixture, reinstalled it this way, and the fixture fit perfectly against the wall. I don't know why they just don't include shorter screws so you don't have to do this!

The Livex Lighting Mission fixture is just as described, extremely satisfied with the product. Very classy looking, not cheap at all. It was very easy to install and gives off the right amount of lighting for our 1/2 bath in which it was placed. Would highly recommend.
