I bought two of these for my bathroom. Makeover. They are just the right size. They look stunning yet not overstated which is the look I was going for. Yes I would differently recommend this product. Don't through the box out without getting the last piece at the bottom.

Good fixture, quality finish

This is a good-quality fixture, with sturdy, well-finished metal pieces, a fabric and plastic shade, and a real glass diffuser. Semi-flush installation was easy, although the rudimentary instructions could benefit from a few more diagrams and words.

Perfect for lofts or small rooms.

Great looking entry hall light fixture.

Great looking fixture. Provides plenty of light for the entry hall. No stabilization of glass bottom. It sort of floats on the metal rim and the fit isn't great - glass is smaller than the rim so you have to be careful how you install it so the glass covers the bottom completely.

I like but didn't want to hang by a chain

Looks great in our home

This light fixture looks great and lights the room, basically does everything a light fixture is supposed to do. However, it took two of us to put it together, and will take two people every time we need to change a light bulb - you basically have to take the entire thing apart to do that. Poor design. But once we got it together, happy with it! Just choose good quality bulbs that will last a long time, to save yourself the hassle!

The instructions are useless

They were written by an idiot. The lamp is poorly designed.

Good looking fixture

Good looking, good quality, easy to assemble, worth the price.

Not an easy installation

The light is up, and is looks pretty, but it was not an easy install. It probably would have gone smoother if the directions were clearer. We did not have a problem hooking up the electricity, it was trying to figure out how to assemble the light itself. The directions had no words, just a very confusing diagram. The glass and the shade just sit on the bracket, and if you're a perfectionist, like me, it is almost impossible to get them to sit in the center. For someone less fussy, it would probably be fine. Just beware of the instructions, or the lack thereof.
