Dissatisfied

The base is not secured well, faucet is unstable. Tech support email, and phone calls didn’t result in resolution. Feels like I got piece of junk.

[Rewarded Review] Good build quality but poor installation design

Decent build quality but in floor plumbing waterline connections are very difficult. The provided water lines are too short and the potential for under floor leaks leak could be reduced with longer supply lines to allow leak inspection prior to final assembly and installation.

This is a very clean and modern looking tub faucet. Looks very expensive for a fraction of the equivalent in name brands. I liked the square plate but you can’t even see it but love the look and quality.

Excellent tub faucet! The web site photo depicts the shaft much thicker than what I received however, I prefer the thinner version.

Absolutely beautiful faucet for my new house master bathroom. Exactly what I expected, great packaging. We didn’t install it yet, but I love it already.
