three different people tried to get the outside mounting bracket to mount flush with the wall. None of us could. So it is not flush and it wabbles. At lease I knew it was not just me. Other than that it looks great.

No Instruction

I bought this towel ring in brushed nickel to match all other bathroom items. The color looked great. However, the package came without instruction. Mind you that not everybody, girls young or old, knows how to install such simple-look thing. It took me several hours to install it correctly.

Quality and great price and I may be buying more of the same.

One flaw with ordering. It did not come with it's back plate for the wall. It works great otherwise.

Easy to install. After 3 years still looks brand new. No rust and no noise when moving the ring.

Looks like the picture easy to hang. Great little towel holder for the price!

Very nice quality & durable.

I’m a little disappointed in these rings because the circle part feels cheap and plastic. It is definitely a lighter color than the mounting hardware. I ordered all the same brand and from the same design line so that my kids bathroom would be streamlined. The rings were the only item that were a bit off due to the material. It doesn’t really convey on camera, the color difference, so maybe I’m being picky. However, I just wonder how long they will hold up, only time will tell I suppose.

Universal style. Can’t go wrong.
