Build Ferguson - great selection and inventory

I purchased this as a replacement for the original Grohe which didn't really hold up that well but I knew everything would fit. I ordered on a Wednesday and had it by Friday. Build Ferguson is my go-to!

Loose handles

I like the looks of the faucet, but the handles you use to turn on the water are loose. I am waiting to here back from Grohe.

I haven't installed the item yet, but the packaging wasn't very impressive, I was expecting for a well know brand like Grohe the box would be better than this

Faucet looks great. Small vanity and the water pipes are close together, T-valve fits perfectly.

Simply elegant and very functional faucet

The faucet itself has a great height off the countertop and handles are simple for all hands to to use.

installed approx 2.5 yrs ago. already falling apart...cold handle no longer stops, warm side slowly stops water flow once turned off....

Nice looking faucet, some plastics pieces on the knobs can be weak. The provided water line hoses are garbage without the hard elbow because they kink cutting off the water pressure.

Gorgeous, High-Quality Faucets

The faucet is so high quality. I purchased two for a double vanity. You can't go wrong with Grohe.

Great, elegant faucet

I recently remodeled two bathrooms and installed three of these faucets in Starlight Chrome. I love it! Beside the faucet's looks, the water flow/pressure is great. All three fit very well in my transitional/modern bathrooms. In addition, the support by Grohe is great. I've received replacement parts by writing an email or calling on the phone. Why did I need replacement parts? Well, the Grohe does require an experience plumber who reads instructions to install. I had a general contractor remodeling my bathrooms and over the engagement, multiple plumbers broke parts. As I said, Grohe was great at sending me new ones, even an entire new faucet at one point, but if you invest in Grohe products, make sure you get a plumber who has experience with the brand. II would 100% but this faucet again and anything from Grohe. Based on my experience with this faucet, I also replaced my kitchen faucet to one from the same line. Less

We are very happy with the design and the quality. The faucets look very nice in our newly remodeled master bathroom. The plumber also recommended this brand after we got his thoughts on the options. Glad that we invested in these units.

Faucet is leaking for unknown reason

We bought two faucets for our new master bath. Faucets were installed about 10 months ago. One works good. The other one leaks from under both hot and cold water handles for no apparent reason. We took handles apart and put them back together with no success. The faucet is still leaking. Tried to call Build.com and spent over an hour on hold. Not sure what to do at this point other than buy a new faucet. What a waist of $200.

Solid, quality faucet you can feel

I bought 2 of these faucets for the master bath a whole house remodel. Compared to the other faucets that I have bought in the past, I could definitely feel the different in quality. When I picked up the faucets, the pieces were solid and heavy. The city water is notoriously hard but so far I do not have issues with water spots. I have the polished chrome so time will tell if water spots or scratches become a problem later, but so far so good!

Beautiful Fixture

The fixture itself is beautiful and very classy looking. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to its functionality since I had to return it since it was too tall for the bathroom mirror behind it. I have other Grohe fixtures in our new home, however, and I can honestly say their plumbing fixtures are flawless.
