Doesn’t work
Looked great, impressed with quality, bought two recently installed two separate location. Problem with both, flow rate, one doesn’t flow hot water at all; the other very poor flow. The problem is in the unit checked valves under counter; can’t find a screw to get into unit, no schematic, looks like might require a special tool. Help….
Fantastic
We have had this faucet for over a year in our new home. It looks great and works so well we purchased a second one just in case something happens to the original. It has a sprayer plus a power sprayer that power cleans whatever you put in front of it! We highly recommend this faucet!
My husband and I love the look of our new kitchen faucet! Just what I wanted and it works very well so far. Only problem we had was that the plate didn’t fit on one end because of a curvature in the shape in the sink. Turned out well though, fits very tightly and adds just the right touch to our kitchen!
I just live this faucet. It looks nice and really changed the look of my sink. I love that it sprays as well. Perfect and would order again.
Broke after 3mo
I would not recommend this faucet! It was at first great! easy to install and was the look we were wanting. I do like the color as well as the functions it has. But, after about 3mo the top piece came unscrewed from the part that is attached to the sink base. We were not able to return because it was too far out and no warranty. That part is on us but who would have thought a faucet would break after just 3mo of basic use?!
Poor quality
We should have been suspicious when this arrived in a box stating bathroom faucet. This fell apart within 3 days of being plumbed in. The faucet comes in two pieces. There is scant threading for the two to connect and not enough to hold it together. After reassembling it about once a day, the threads are now stripped.

The BWE oil rubbed bronze looks and performs like faucets twice the cost. The features include a rotating body, pullout head with multiple spray functions, and flexible left or right control option. Installation is easy with the provided hardware and fits in either a single hole or 3 hole with the provided cover plate. If you are on the fence with giving this faucet a try, I would recommend you give the BWE a second look, you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice fixture. I installed it myself and have been able to use it for a week now. I like most things about it but I had to subtract one star - there were no major issues, just too many minor ones, though somewhat knit-picky, to give 5 stars. Pros and cons broken out below:
[Rewarded Review] Honest review, it’s okay
Our kitchen faucet broke after more than 15 years of service in our home so when the opportunity came we accepted this product to fulfill an item that was definitely overdue for a replacement. My expectations of this product was very high but unfortunately it came with a manufactured flaw. When we took the item out of its package immediately the top piece that connects to the middle connector was loose eventually separating after installation. Not sure if it was supposed to come off like that but it did so we had to improvise and immediately did a temporary fix by super gluing it. The material is very nice and we love the color with respect to the small flaw mentioned earlier. Love the three different spray modes compared to our old one which only had two. Please note it has a very strong water pressure and I find myself cleaning the surrounding areas of the faucet and counter tops often throughout every wash. Installation took about three hours but keep in mind we are regular people trying to figure it out as we go but hey we got it done. We’ve had it for a few weeks already and noticed occasional leakages coming from the sprayer but subtle flaws we can live with. We also really love the single handle to start the water compared to our previous one. We are very grateful we still received this item because it was something we needed but hopefully this review helps others.
[Rewarded Review] Very nice looking and working faucet
Very nice kitchen faucet. The water turns on with a regular stream every time even when left on the sprayer function. The blaster button will clean off anything. The handle has the blue and red on the handle so everyone will know which is which. The pull down sprayer is handy for cleaning dishes or the sink.
Perfect after 6 months.
We've had this for about six months and had no problems. The finish shows no sign of wear.

Easy to install, three different spray options and a pell down sprayer. So far this seems to be of high quality and has a nice look about it. It's not too tall, so it wont interfere with any cabinets above a sink.

Love this faucet! It is simple elegance. It was so easy to install. Also, the pull out on it is so sturdy compared to my prior faucet. It pulls out very easily yet you can tell this is a quality faucet. It comes with everything you need.

The fawcett looks good seems and seems to be well made. It was extremely easy to install. For reference, I also installed a $700.00 fawcett the same day and it took me three times as long to install. My only concern is that there was no model number nor manufacturer listed on the instructions or the box. It would be impossible to get replacement parts e.g. a replacement cartridge when one is needed after a few years.

It works well. It is certainly good for the price
The faucet is attractive and functional. The oil rubbed bronze finish is nice. It doesn’t have the same feel as a $300 faucet but so far is working well .

It looked nice and felt like good quality. After installing it and trying it out, the cold water position worked fine but the hot water position would only let slow drips go through. Since it was our main kitchen faucet we had to find a replacement right away and couldn't wait for a replacement to be shipped on top of taking the risk that the next one could have any issues too. Lowe's understood and returned it for us.

Two days after a plumber installed the faucet, it started leaking from the inside. He said it was a faulty faucet and I got charged $150 dollars extra because it wasn’t the plumbing company’s fault.
