Beautiful faucet set

Needed a swivel faucet for our large bathroom sink and this one fit the ticket beautifully. Very elegant in the bronze color.

Design flaw

There is design flaw with the cartridge used to control water flow in all of signature hardware faucets. They will rust / get stuck and prevent the handle from turning when the faucet is left unused for a while like when you go on vacation for 2 weeks.

High quality faucet

I replaced a faucet that was very similar to this but had lots of issues because of the cheap hardware such as cartridges that had to be replaced several times due to leaking and even the screw in the stem stripping. The Signature faucet might look the same, but is considerably heavier duty and has an overall better build quality. I downloaded the instructions from build.com and they were straightforward and concise. If I have any complaint it would be that the supply lines included to connect the faucet handles to the T-fitting are way too thin and kink very easily if you are working in a tight space. After I installed them they kinked so badly that I could barely get any water flow. To remedy this I bought two higher quality supply lines for the hardware store that were thicker and that did the trick. I’d assume that there would have been better quality supply lines included in the box with such a high faucet. Other than that one issue I am pleased with the look and performance of this Signature faucet.

This faucet is one of my favorites to use for bathrooms with a little more feminine flair. It has a beautiful finish in chrome (only finish I've ordered this style in) and the quality is amazing. Installation was straightforward. Beautiful product!

Love the faucet!

This is a high end faucet and looks beautiful. The only problem we had was connecting the drain opener to the back of the faucet. The drain connector bar was not long enough. The plumber had to bend it to get it to work and as a result the middle of the drain is slightly off center.
