Unfortunately both frames arrived with significant loss to the gold paint. The box was still in perfect condition and they were well packed so I'm not sure, but there are so many areas scratched or dinged that I'm guessing they were like that BEFORE shipping. Also unfortunate, I was under a deadline to get two pieces up and framed so I had to go ahead and use them as is. Tried touching up with a gold leaf pen, but still pretty noticeably damaged. Made it in time for my event, but will need to replace the frames at some point. Bummer, as its hard to find these floater frames for canvases at reasonable prices without custom framing. But I would not order them again.

Frames arrived quickly and were as pictured. Comes with all equipment needed plus hanging directions. Unfortunately the plexiglass seemed to have been a little warped so it didn’t fit properly (too small or misshapen) and kept slipping out thru the front on one side, which was frustrating. But in the end I liked the look of my art without it so it was fine. I would order from here again despite the plexiglass issue.
